DONT GET THE INSURANCE. THEY LIE TO CONVINCE YOU TO GET IT!!!! i bought good fishing sunglasses. ... And i NEVER EVER get insurance, they always just sit in my cabinet and dont get used. But the lady convinced me to get them because, according to her and i quote, "she ran hers over with her car and got them replaced". Well GUESS WHAT? on i70 my sunglasses fell off my car and got hit by a big rig. So I call and the lady says Im not covered by vehicle incidents. THANKS FOR LYING TO ME TO GET ME TO SPEND MONEY AT YOUR STORE! ILL NEVER RETURN. as$$$$ wipes. Is nobody honest anymore?!

I came into the store with my father to do a transfer for my father to pass done his pistol to me. However I currently live in tn, so it would of been more complicated. After we called and we were told they could do it, we got in the car and drive 30 minutes to Gander only to be told they could not do it. They also did not help us figure out how we could get this accomplished. Thanks for nothing but precious time I could of used to spend with my family while in for the holidays wasted.

Decent place with relatively reasonable prices, though make sure you check their website as Ive found they have lower prices on their site than they do in the store. Theyre good at matching the price though, at least they have been with me. Ample parking and helpful staff. Inventory could be better, but I understand the business side of things with being cautious when it comes to ordering products.

This is our favorite Gander Mountain store. We plan our trips there for when we are in the area, as the customer service here is far superior to our local store. Rich helped us tonight, he was awesome! We couldnt ask for more. I had a migraine, and he even offered me a chair to sit in while my husband shopped! You guys are doing it right! Thank you!

Staff was terrible for one thing. They told us to do something so we went all the way home to do it, then they decided it wasnt good enough. No one in this store is helpful and their prices are way over priced. Better to go to a small business where prices are better, staff is friendlier, and people know the knowledge they are supposed to .

Bought a gun safe the other day no one helped me out to the car when I asked about the gun safe they had to radio someone and that took a few minutes I felt like I was a bother to the guy that was helping me I didnt even get everything that I wanted from Gander Mountain and I was willing to spend probably another hundred dollars there.

Nice selection, but the prices were very high on many items. I noticed some of the firearms where priced higher than retail. The ammunition was also expensive. They do carry quality outdoor gear that is probably not readily available elsewhere in the area.

I had to exchange a coat for my daughter. She lost the receipt. We down and a cashier was AWESOME! His name was Tim. Every cashier should take lessons from him! He gave us GREAT service! THANK YOU TIM!! You saved your store a purchase and some costumers!

Prices are pretty accurate to those of online stores. Its a cool store with a large selection of quality outdoor gear. I think Its going out of business sometime in July 2017 so theres the opportunity to scoop up some deals.

Worst Gander ever! No inventory left overs from other stores maybe. Sales lady was snotty when asked if they have outdoor/hunting magazines. Of course they did not. Dont waste your time stopping
