They have great sales and ski equipment that no other ski shops sell in the area. This year, I had to get ski rentals for the weekend ahead. The problem was I was stuck in serious traffic heading up from Washington DC. I thought the ski shop was going to close at 9:00 and I called the rental shop. It turns out they were about to close and they were nice enough to wait 20 minutes for me to come in and get my rentals for tomorrow. Excellent service and quality once again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very close to montage mountain and has a wide variety of ski and snowboard equipment to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable on all the surrounding resorts and have flyers available for each. During snow season the operating hours are until 10 pm which is convenient for late rental do off. It will also open at 6am for the early birds, so plenty of time to enjoy the slopes.

I went to Bear Creek Ski Shack for rentals for my sons first time skiing. The staff was very friendly and professional. They took the time to measure my sons foot to make sure he had the proper fit. I was also impressed with the quality of the equipment too. I would definitely recommend this ski shop to all my friends! Very good experience!

This is one of the best shops around I come back every season. They have a great atmosphere and all of their staff are very kind understanding people. Everyone I know loves it there. Cant wait to go back in October for their awesome sale!

The failed to provide a refund for returned goods. The werent interested in resolving anything and were rude about it. This kind of bad business wont help a wonderful mountain. They should issue a proper refund.
