Went there the first time to get illustration board and had never used it before, so I had no idea except to get cold press illustration board for my class. An associate was very helpful and showed me where it was. So I went to class to find out my anal teacher wanted a different kind, so I had to go back. I asked an older associate in the frame dept and she was so kind, directed me to the same place the other associate did. I dont blame her, she said she knew nothing about them either. Then she tries to ask her manager, who looks like a witch and acts like one too. The manager doesnt even let her or me complete our question on how to get this thicker illustration board and snaps on us. "Its over there!" Pointing at the same place we were at. The manager was so unprofessional! I work in retail and I have have never let my anger or frustration out on fellow employees or customers. Thats part of the job in retail and it wasnt by like we were being rude or anything. We were asking politely! Everyone else in that store is so nice, but the witch needs some more training in how to treat people.

The Store manager at this location is very smug and always unprofessional. He lacks Customer Service skills and plummets the sales for this store. He has been this way since 2011 and the Corporate office seems to not care. I would shop this location but my family continues to shop at other stocked and Customer friendly locations.

If this store doesnt have what youre looking for, they are more than happy to help you find the item at another store. I did take off one star because I always seem to have to have to go to another store, they rarely have that Im looking for.

This Michaels location seems to have the best selection of hard-to-find Bernat blanket yarn. The staff has never been too busy to help me find what I needed. It is a little out of my way to come here but its always worth the trip.

They have everything youll need for any craft... And classes for the ones you want to learn. They help plan parties even do decorations. They are great if you cant do it they will do it for you or teach you!

I almost always have to deal with issues with stock to odd price changs to wishy washy answers from staff. They are obviously not happy working there. I never know what to expect.
