Severely understaffed!! Waited in a checkout line for 20 plus minutes, and no staff made a single attempt to call another employee to the check out line to help with the line of 8 or so people. When a staffer was called for a price check because a product had no bar code, the employee instructed the customer to run back and check herself because it would be quicker. The fact that the employee knows the staff will respond slowly or not at all speaks volumes. Also I waited another 10 minutes, no staff ever arrived and I left without making a purchase. I spent more time in line waiting to be helped then I did choosing my items.

Please be careful what you buy as a gift and then find you need to return it to the store because the person received two. If the package is in any way disturbed...e.g. opened to look in the box, this store WILL NOT take it as a return. Yup, got stuck with a cricut machine that was intended for my mom, and she got 2. When she opened the boxes, didnt think anything about it. She decided to keep the one with the cartridges that she thought shed use. Im stuck with the other.......

This Particular AC Moore was very well organized clean and staff were excellent I would recommend this AC Moore to anyone in the Royersford area. I specifically drove from Pottstown AC Moore to this location because of the well upkeep there thank you for the wonderful environment - see you guys soon. !!!!!!

Awesome place for any craft needs. Employees always help out if needed and even have great ideas too. You can even have a childs birthday party here for fairly cheap!
