Was just in for my second and last time. Poor service no greeting and upon searching for a fabric that was not on the shelf in a go back cart I was curtly told that I need to get out from behind the counter. Which would of been fine if my whole body wasnt in an aisle. I also would have asked for assistance if I wasnt snarled at by almost every employee the entire time. The time I was in prior I asked for an online price match to which the woman at the register said they no longer do... dispute the fact that I was at a different Joanns that same day and they have always accommodated me. The store also airs a commercial in the store that promises online price match guarantees they match to their online site. I will never be back. Lucky for them though they are the only location in the Philly area, looks like Ill be heading over the bridge from now on

This is literally the only Jo-Ann that I can easily get to, so theres that. The staff here have always been friendly and helpful, and its a decent sized store with a good selection of products. Ive always felt like Jo-Ann was overpriced in general, though; shop sales and bring coupons from the website, because thats how you get normal prices.

Come prepared with your coupons to save big. They accept competitors coupons from Michaels or A.C. Moore that are on your phone and printed. You can use a single item coupon from Jo-Anns with a total purchase coupon from a different store and vice versa.
