I went to get a price to have something framed. The first individual who helped me left in the middle of helping me to go home. The person who replaced her acted as if she could care less about helping me. She was not friendly or helpful at all. She acted like she just wanted me to go away. Will never go there for framing again. I left without having them frame my item.

The Whitehall store is better organized and the people who work there are more available to help, if you have a choice between the two. But this one is certainly a nice craft store overall, if a little jumbled.
