This store gets worse and worse every time I go in there. Just spent over 20 minutes in line and at the register trying to pay for my items. They tried to open another register and after getting in line, it was broken. I had to get back in the original line, this time behind others. Then the cashier cant ring up a clearance item. I tell her to forget it, and she kept trying, finally giving up. So then I pay and the clearance item is on my receipt at regular price. I told the cashier to just give me the item so I can leave. Then the front end manager insists on giving me a refund. They wasted more of my time. Never going back.

In the year and a half Ive lived literally just around the corner from this store, Ive only gone in twice. The store is very dirty, the shelves are disorganized and often empty. Both times Ive been there, it took at least 20 minutes to check out, even though the lines are short. Worse, the prices for items I most frequently buy at box stores are surprisingly higher than the much nicer Target down the road in Springfield, and are even higher than the Giant supermarket nearby. Im really disappointed with this place.

Always hidden treasures here. the electronic area is pretty much a bust right now. Theyre currently remodeling. That area, but the beds and fridges etc are out in the open you can scope those out. Kitchen area is very deep with relic like items from the golden day kitchens. Not to many clearance items for men, but the womans department area is loaded.

The Service in this store is AMAZING! Everytime I come in, & mind you I do a lot, I am greeted by exceptional workers. Plus their Customer Service people is just greatttt! The ladies that work on the night shift are super sweet and helpful. Very rarely will I get an worker that is lazy. On the otherhand the mangaers there are utterly useless!

Its the worst store ever. If u need something they never have it. Store electronics section never stocked up. They never let you use your pin for your awards card. They type in anything you want. If u ask for help they never help you at all. Thier western union the workers have no idea how to work it. Just overall worst place ever.

There are NEVER enough lines open. And the staff roaming around the store just watch the customers get frustrated, rather than helping the problem. Ive walked out without completing a purchase many times due to the lack of available cashiers. Its been a problem for years and no staff seem to care.

I like to shop at Kmart. And some reasons are because; they have a lot of household supplies to choose from, and I get to use my rewards card to help pay for my purchases. However, it bothers me to know that some Kmarts have been taken away because; it leaves my location options restricted.

Avoid. Antiquated check out lanes with no conveyor belts slow this place to a crawl...they can have 6 lanes open but they all move like molasses. It has been like that for 10+ years. I hate coming to this store and standing in long lines, even in off-season. Make the trip to Target instead.

I get harass every time I shop at this store location... I am being harass as I am writing this... I have written several complaints letter and talk to your manager but the harassment continue ... its causing me serious emotional stress.

The Kmart location is incorrect on the Google map. Where the map shows is a Kohls store instead of a Kmart one. And the Kohls Springfield (19064) store is wrong pinpointed, too. (713 E Baltimore Ave, Clifton Heights, PA 19018)

Always cluttered; isles blocked by stores gear or inventory. Bathrooms have been broken / damaged for months and almost never stocked. Products sitting on shelves for so long - they are covered in dust. Truly - skip it.

Im not a fan of Kmart. I will go in for a quick peek if I dont feel like driving farther out for an item. I dont like their clothes, shoes or pocketbooks. Its other items I will go in to look for. Kmart annoys me.

This Clifton heights store is so nice to shop at. Employees are always willing to help their customers for all their needs. The prices are great and always have a lot of sales items in stock.
