I must be shopping at a different Wal-Mart. Ive found this place to be very, very good for groceries. I live just outside of Philadelphia, so its a 45 min drive for me to the KOP location. But I wouldnt give it a second thought. I have a slew of grocery stores within 5-10 minutes of my home - but Id rather drive to this Super Wal-Mart. I have found their produce to be very nice, most of the time. Yes, you will find bruised or withering items now & then, but I have seen that in every single grocery store Ive ever shopped at. I think the prices are reasonable. I can get everything I need here in one stop. Weve had excellent cuts of meat, at reasonable prices. The bakery section always has something yummy for your sweet tooth, if youre into all that. I find the bakery sweets are not sickeningly sweet either, which is a nice change of pace from most things that taste like a glob of sugar mixed with lard. They also have a nice selection of frozen goodies, if youre looking from something snacky. Ive found all the employees to be very friendly & helpful (we usually go late at night, and they are stocking shelves.) Ive never had a problem filling my cart with delicious fresh fruits, veggies & meats at this place, and I am very picky about fresh meat & produce. We try to eat sensibly & healthy, with a focus on fresh meat & produce, and have been extremely pleased with this store. Sometimes we get some snacky junk food items, and theres plenty of that to choose from as well :) I also find the store very clean & organized, so i dont know what other people are talking about. Everything is right were it should be.

well for starters I am currently on hold to speak with the manager about my negative experience, and it been 14 minutes on hold.... unacceptable. second, I am in search of a last minute cake. I attended the kop location and looked through the book. it was 8:03 pm (the bakery closes at 8). I found a perfect cake, and I asked multiple people if they would be able to just fill out the slip and I would still call tomorrow. They all told me no the bakerys closed, we cant help you. (with attitudes). So I then decided to take a picture of the page of the cake, and call the next day (I work 9-9) I called and the woman who decorates the cakes, answered and she was giving me the hardest time telling me I have to come in and leave a deposit.... on a 2 tier cake that costs $54. I know Walmart only requests a deposit on cakes over $100. So I kept explaining to her no I cant do that because you arent there when I am able to make it in. She then told me " I dont want to put the request in because I dont know who will be here on Friday to make the cake". So I hung up and called the Walmart in Hatfield (its about 10 minutes from my work), The woman who answered there was warm and friendly and helped me get the right cake and put the order in. Needless to say I will never shop at the King of Prussia Walmart again. Incompetent. By the way, the manager never picked up the phone for so long I got redirected back to the customer service, and she advised me to call back in about 2 hours. Obviously they dont care about their customers.

First impressions: Customer service is none-existent. The staff avoid customers by deliberately walking down isles in order to avoid interaction. Additionally the shelfs were a complete mess, it was equivocal to shopping at a flee market To make matters worse and to highlight the lack of care taken at this location. The blender I bought had been returned and put back on the shelf without being properly QCd. When I got home I found out that it was missing the actually bender. R u kidding me!!!! I got back in the car and drove all the way back. When I walked up to the register I was asked to stand aside and wait for a manager which was fine, I understand. It was fine until I found myself still standing there for 35 minutes, no one had showed up. Finally a gentlemen came over to help. It was at that point that the register in use went down... then the receipt paper ran out of paper.... the the scanner battery dies... it was like watching a 1st grade talent show. No one had any idea what was going on. I literally wasted 4 hours at this Walmart. This sets the bar for the worst customer experience Ive had for 2017 and I dont think any other establish will be able to match this. Sean

I usually dont complain. i always give people the benefit of the doubt. i am going to make this short as possible. i went into this Wal-mart on Thursday evening to get a money order. The attendant in Customer Service rang me up and starting printing out my money orders. I ordered 2, but only 1 came out.... Turns out the machine was out of paper. They asked me to move to the side while they go get a manager to bring some paper. Manager comes, still no paper, so she calls her manager. Now 2nd, manager still no paper. 45-50 freaking minutes later, they say "I am very sorry, but we dont have any more paper" -____- at this moment i am PISSED. i waited almost and hour for my money orders, and now your telling me in this whole big a** store, there is no more printer paper for my money order. Didnt offer me a free drink or gift card..NOTHING! After making me stand there for an hour. Rude service. I will forever hate this Wal-mart. And its sad because I go there 3-times a week after work! Never again. i will wait until I drive to Philly for food and accessories. Or hit up the Kmart over in Wayne, PA. I am DONE! very un-happy customer.

The store is poorly staffed and trained. The majority of employees do not care about the customers. I had asked an employee 4 different questions; Her responses were...I do not know and she kept going about her business (chatting w/another employee) Instead, she should have said; I am sorry, I do not know, but let me try and find someone who might be able help you....I thought that is what managers and supervisors are trained and hired for? As for the customer service, the most disrespectful and unhelpful are the floor people who really do not care about the customers and could not be bothered. I am sick and tired of their attitudes, and all that... The next are the deli and dairy section persons. NO...do not have it...NO... all out of it....NO... do not know when it will be in... without checking. Take it from me...when the store first opened I shopped 4 to 5x per week. Now maybe 2x per mo. The shelves are always empty, and the store is dirty! I will spend the extra dollar and go elsewhere. This store is a disgrace to King of Prussia!

We are big fans of Walmart prices but customer service is horrible. If you decide to call them to find out if they have a product, good luck getting an answer over the phone. They never answer and when they do they hang up on you or put the phone down and pretend they transferred you to a different department. The checkout line is the worst, once in a while you run into a nice person but mostly some kids with attitudes who through the food on the plastic bags rather than gently treat them. I wanted to complain to the managers about certain persons but I doubt they will do anything about it. I just called about a product and was hang up again today and called for the second time with no response; the third time a person answer and transfer me to sporting goods where it took a person at least 5 minutes to answer the phone and when he did he told me hell go look and I waited 25 minutes on hold until my cell phone battery was drained and the sales agent never came back. I just gave up.
