I pulled into the store parking lot at 9:38 on a Sunday morning and saw a woman getting out of her car heading for the door with keys in her hand. I rolled down my window and said "excuse me, could you please tell me what time you open"? This woman never looked at me and mumbled something unintelligible so I said "what did you say"? She turned half way STILL not looking at me and said" I SAID 10:00!". Then she turned back to opening the door. Here is the deal, folks. When you cannot bring yourself to be polite and engage with someone who wants to buy 4 cartons of cigs (200.00+ dollars) and answer a question about what time you are open being friendly - not RUDE -well guess what? We will now purchase cigs at the DOT store in Milford where we did just that and were treated good like a CUSTOMER should be. P.s. It pays to offer good customer service especially when you have web sites like this to rate these businesses.

Went to this place to purchase supplies waited in line patiently for 5 min when it was my turn to be waited on the clerk overlooked me and waited on a customer who just walked in the store. I then told the clerk nicely that I was next in line she ignored me I then tried to get her attention when she yelled "JUST A MINUTE" I couldnt believe it I then turned and walked out of the store. Wow what great customer service for this being my first and last visit. I will never shop at this store again!

New new faces lol and AWESOME customer service and now they also have a dedicated and educated cigar guy that’s there nearly everyday of the week that keeps the humidor in the best shape it’s been in a long time! As for the store in general, the employees are more then willing to help out as much as possible and are also educated on there products from cigs to accessories, vapes, pipes, loose tobacco and more! Without a doubt this is the place you need to come to for smokes. PERIOD!

VERY nice humidor... well organized, well stocked, great selection. Staff is friendly and well informed (typicallyl). Only constructive feedback I am could give is that I wish they would have a can of butane in their humidor so good customers could top off a thier lighter. Bottom-line, visit the store... they do cigars well!

this is the ONLY place i will get my smokes from.. and im glad they got new faces in there, sorry to say the old ones were rude and didnt care about customer service!! but prices are great, and so are the people, keep up the good work.
