I had a great customer service experience here. I got something off of the Asian Bar in the cafe and found a thin bone in a piece of chicken. Later that night, I sent an email to Wegmans about the experience just as a friendly reminder to be more careful. A few days later, I got a call from their executive chef, who apologized and wanted to learn more about the situation. He said that the piece with the bone should not have slipped through the screening process and that he was going to look into how it passed detection. I was pleasantly surprised that he personally called me and I feel that the situation genuinely is being looked into. He also was kind enough to send me a gift card for bringing up the issue, which was not my intention in bringing it up, but was very nice. I really believe from this experience that Wegmans is dedicated to quality and customer service. They practice what they preach.

Friday night use to be sushi night, but not anymore. Wegmans recently decided that it didnt want to have Asian contractors making sushi to save themselves money. They now have non experienced store employees making the sushi. We have complained several times about the quality. Store management told us to be patient that quality would improve when these employees learned. Management never offered us anything! We have tried back several time with the same poor quality results. Heres what you can expect them now. Poorly/loosely wrapped sushi, no consistency and sushi with a very little amount of fish. See the picture of this salmon roll... NO Salmon! This is a new corporate policy. We have tried the other Weagmans in the area with the same results. Poor quality sushi is the new standard. Management that doesnt care!

We almost always do our grocery shopping here, except for a few things that unfortunately, they no longer carry. The prices are definitely lower here than other stores for the items we usually buy, but the bakery and foods made there are expensive. You pay for the quality of these because its outstanding. There is a nice produce selection and its always fresh, and they have a very good gluten free and organic section. There is an amazing selection of non-grocery items that are somewhat expensive, but worth it because of the quality. The only thing Im not happy with, is that they are hugely increasing their generic brand and although it is generally good quality, they are crowding out some of the name brand items that we prefer.

I met a friend for coffee there, this awful employee an older woman named Bonnie was extremely rude, I was going to ask about the plastic refillable coffee cup, I had it in my hand, before I could get a word out, she began yelling, "the cups are at the register!" I tried to ask about the refillable cups again, she just kept yelling the same thing over and over. I remained quiet because this is the Internet age and I will just let the world know how awful she is. My friend goes there often he says she is rude all the time. If she is so miserable why doesnt she just leave the job. It was an awful and belittling experience. I love my wegmans on Tilghman Street, they are much nicer

Overpriced grocery store. They have a larger variety of more unusual grocery items. Originally they were extra overpriced, but over the years they tried competing a little better, but still fail miserably. Mostly they survive on selling the more unusual items, and than like some other grocery stores rely on being in locations nearer the richer people and people in general who fall for the flashier/in-store marketing hype and/or foolish with their money. If people would shop around a lot more, they wouldnt waste so much, but some are just so impatient or just dont care (and then wonder where their money went each week/month).

Danny Wegman killed the company after his dad died. Relentless bait and switch of favorite brand name products with "Wegmans" only brand products numbering in the hundreds and counting. The old man created the best grocery store to ever exist, and Danny and his family killed it. Even the Wegmans Cafe has fallen completely apart. Completely unreliable--they keep closing it earlier and earlier and also stock it with less and less food items to choose from. Poorly maintained. No wonder no one wants to eat there anymore. Every time I race to get there before 8 pm, they already have everything cleared out. Utter waste of time.

Not good for quick visits. Quality of the food is Excellent. They also have beer and wine now. Large amount of delicious ready to eat meals and prepared food. Downside is its ALWAYS packed. Theres huge crowds inside so its not good to bring kids or groups to shop. Nice place to eat dinner though theres an upstairs thats quiet and has a dining area. Some of the foods are expensive and others are affordable. They offer a lot of speciality items too. For being busy theres always plenty of cashiers and staff to make it as quick as possible, but youll still be in line

Food was tasty but the employees are not very polite. From the young boy at the sandwich stand asking "what" in a rude tone when he didnt hear me to the old woman at check out that was inconvenienced by my asking for a combo because I didnt have a "special sticker" that the sandwich maker didnt even bother to ask if i wanted. I usually do my shopping at the Wegmans in Dickson City where I have always been treated well. Next time I drive through Bethlehem I will just go to Wawa or Subway for my sandwich eating needs.

The prices are really good (if you do your research some prices are better than even Walmart and the quality is so much better than all the stores around), bigger selection for organic products and special products for gluten free, dairy free, etc. Also, the store is always organized, clean, and well stocked. Really have no complaints whatsoever and I shop here regularly (once a week at least). PS. They have a day care for your kids while you shop, a cafe, and the sell beer, what more could you ask for?

Wonderful store! There is so much variety, that at times, it can be hard to choose. Their Health Foods market caters to most all people with products ranging from organic to gluten free. Wegmans even has their own organic line which boasts a healthy variety of foods and products that are quite affordable. Their take out options range from simple salads to deli style sandwiches to Chinese and Mexican and of course American favorites.

Great Selection of Produce, Foods, snacks, from around the world, great organic food selection as well. Always full of people except for late nights if they are 24 hours opened. Great Hot Foods, soups are always delicious. Expect to pay a little more for products but also expect great quality products. Bakery, Cheese, and great Seafood and Meat selections for a Supermarket. You can never go wrong when you visit Wegmans Market.

During several trips Ive noticed managers speaking extremely rudely to those below them. I used to love this store, but cannot continue to shop in a store that treats its employees as if they arent people. So much for being one of the "best places to work" as they love to constantly advertise. I will no longer shop here and encourage others who want to support places that provide decent working conditions to do the same.
