Terrible! Wont endorse their own product!!!! In June 2014 I brought back an auto battery that was 3 years that I purchased from the very same store. The battery was shot, and I asked for a pro-ration on a new one. They said they could not exchange it without the receipt. The battery was clearly marked NAPA. Can you believe that?! Why should I have to provide a receipt of purchase when the battery clearly has the year and month of purchase scratched out on it??! This is the poorest service I have EVER experienced in my 40 years of buying auto parts. With all the competition in Bethel Park PA auto parts stores youd think this NAPA store would try to stand out. I will NEVER buy a damn thing from the low life owner or sales people. I hope the local competition gobbles you up!! Ill never be back. Let this be a Fair warning to honoring warranties to all your customers! -- Dont buy from this store.....

I have a local garage and have been dealing with Kozel Auto Parts since I opened in 2009. Kozels is a family owned and operated business and definitely stand out above the rest of the competition in the area with great customer service and good quality parts. They will always have my business!
