I called up today to get a battery for my car. They tell me they have it. In fact they tell me they even have two batteries for my car. I get there and and the lady who looks like she hates her job ask for my credit card, and I pay for the battery then she tells me to come pick up the battery myself in the employee only section. She couldnt even bring the battery to the front register. So after telling me that, I go in the back and pickup the battery that turns out being wrong, not even the right size on top of it. Both batteries completely wrong, and dont even fit. So end of story they take the funds out of my checking account which I desperately needed to get a battery for my car which is not even starting. Thanks Bennett for Putting me in a bad situation. By the way they didnt even refund my girlfriend the $18 that they owned her for returning the old battery. When we told her that we didnt get a refund, her answer was sorry cant help you. Wonderful customer support. Unbelievable. Im giving three stars because I dont think its fair to give you a bad rating just for a dumb employee you have when I have used you guys before for a lot of things. Please screen your employees better.

I went here having no idea what I was even looking for (Im not the best with cars!) Jason was so nice and helpful! He looked at my car and helped me find the right part, then even put it in for free! Definitely going back anytime I need anything for my car; my expectations were far exceeded.
