I came in to get a battery and wipers and I was helped by an employee Adam. He was SO helpful and knowledgeable. I had a couple lights out and was told by a dealership I needed to buy all new lights. Adam knew right away to check and make sure it wasnt just fuses. And sure enough.....he was RIGHT! He saved me so much money! Ive dealt with many auto stores and dealerships and have never been treated with such kindness and respect!!!! I am a small business owner and would love to have an employee like that working for me.

Where here today was helped by Kristen my battery was dead she couldnt help me further and spoke with the manager think his name is Matthew he claimed that he would be able to help in a few minutes those few minutes never came he proceeded to help three other customers never went outside to check my battery A customer help me jump start my battery while that customer was helping me the manager was out back smoking a cigarette looking over at us. never experience customer service this way will never ever go back here.

Bought a steering box at Bennett. What a piece of junk, took my 3hrs to put it on my truck steering wheels had 5" of play in it. One of the bushings were bad in the new box. Steven dont even apologize when I took it back and got my money back.
