TERRIBLE! I would not give this location any stars if i had the opportunity. Ive never had a good experience every single visit to this location. A little over a year ago we purchased my oldest childs nursery set from this location, strictly based on convience. It was a mistake to say the least. We had to return the dresser 3 separate times for results in damages upon shipping to their store. The crib was also damaged however the furniture took far to long to come in and we could not wait for yet another return and reshipment, so we kept it. Hoping it was just a bad experience I chose to use the location once again for purchases of clothing several months later. Customer service was very ignorant and cashiers were less than enthusiastic to work there. Today I used their location yet again for the purchase of a crib mattress for my second child. I had no choice due to being out of stock at other locations close to my home. The store was moderately busy but nothing out of the usual. It took 25 minutes for a store exployee to assist me when requested. Upon checkout I requested assistance in bringing the mattress to my vehicle as i am 8 months pregnant and could not carry it along with my 1.5 year old child in the shopping cart. The cashier told me to pull my vehicle outfront of the store which I promptly did upon leaving. After waiting 20 minutes in clear view not one employee came out with my merchandise. Finally flagging someone down they told me "idk Im busing doing something". Extremely aggravated i went into the store myself, drug the mattress into my vehicle (which i am high risk and should definitely not be doing) and left. I will NEVER use this location again. They are lucky they arent sued.

Do yourself a favor and register somewhere else..... online registry is very difficult to navigate. Ordered a crib mattress online, showed up ripped and disgusting. On the phone with customer care to set up an exchange to be told I couldnt just pick up a new one at a store. It had to be shipped to me. Called back 2 weeks later and it still hadnt been shipped. But now I could exchange it at a store for some reason. Went to the store and all they did was argue with me. Never again. I recommend just registering somewhere else and making it easy on yourself

While 2 out of 3 of the customer service women were nice, the lady who checked me out was very rude and was giving me attitude for not wanting to change lines. It was very odd and uncalled for. This is why I gave them a 3 star rating.

The worst customer service at a retail store Ive ever experienced. Always a problem and employees have no idea how to fix them. Need a whole new staff
