This place is great. I dont want people to get the wrong impression after reading what another reviewer wrote about it being just for the rich gentrified hipster. I found this place to be incredibly helpful with education on cloth diapering (both expensive and inexpensive... all cheaper than disposable) and while they do supply the best new, and ultimately somewhat pricey, baby supplies, they also offer the same good stuff used at a bargain price. I think its an incredibly valuable resource for new parents and I would recommend attending their free workshops. They are strictly informative and arent used to sell product.

Its hard to hold it against The Nesting House for being what it is: an upscale, bougie retail shop for well to do hipster moms who want to use cloth diapers and responsible baby products. If you can afford $10 for a pacifier, more power to you, but this Baltimore Ave. location does reek of yet another gentrification moment where the majority of the people around simply cannot afford the products offered. If youre a fan of GOOP then the $220 baby bouncers they sell here will be right up your alley.
