Wonderful experience!! I would suggest friends and family to shop at this location because their staff is so courteous and helpful. Me and my husband did purchase with many price adjustment which took almost one hour of cashier but they helped us very politely. Whole team at Bridge water location are wonderful. Manager (her name is June) was so helpful to us and made our experience smooth and wonderful. I felt like they are there to help customer if they are not sure for an answer they will go above and beyond to get answer without just saying NO. Quality of products are also great at this new renovated store. I missed online survey deadline thus writing google review. I also want to recognize other team members who helped us with our purchase, Marla, Judy, Aida and theresea thanks to all these people who went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful thanks

The 800# customer service completely sucks.. if you have any questions call the store they are super friendly and helpful. I went from a one star and called up to the store, spoke to i think her name was judy and she completly turned my mood around. She didnt brush me off like the people on the #800 "customer service" did. She empathized with a moody pergnant women and helped me fix whatever questions i was having still.. I had to come back and re rate what i gave before. I told her thank you but its people like her that need a higher position. Absolutely greatful for people like her. Thank you.

This is the best babies r us in the area, and I will continue to go out of my way to go there. The store is beatiful, but the employees are beyond amazing. One of the managers, Michelle, went above and beyond to help us while we were there. She was great with helping us find exactly what we wanted and was so personable. Definitely recommend this store!

This store is great and should be the model for all the old store renovations. Nice room for moms to nurse in. Free coffee, juice & water is a great perk.
