Terrible store. My wife sent me there to pick up baby formula with a coupon. When I got to the register the employee was rude and advised me that the coupon wont work. I tried to argue but was unsuccessful in getting any type of resolution. Next week my wife went there and used the coupon for the same product without any problems. I also tried to exchange a broken baby bottle heater and the store declined to exchange it. Poor customer service. No management. Lack of help. We spent a small fortune at Babies R Us and thats how we are treated.

Horrible customer service. I was there on Sunday July 17th evening 7:30 PM. We were done getting our stuff billed at customer service register and wanted the associate to check price of an other item we wanted to buy. She said there is a price check kiosk at the other end of the store and asked us to go there and check the price. Unbelievable!! There isnt any one else at the register. It was just us. I hope management does something otherwise they will be loosing atleast 10 customers in this area( friends & family)

Horrible customer service, staff dont know whats going on and give inconsistent responses, regarding how the discount works. We ended up asking 5 different people and spent an hour there just arguing what we were told on a different day by a different person. They never answer the phone. Ordered store pick up at this store, it takes forever to send you a ready for pick up email and they never answer the phone. The management at this store needs serious improvement.

The staff here is so rude and never smiles! The manager is extremely rude and cut me off while I tried to explain a bill. The cashier charged me twice for an item and NOBODY was apologetic at all! Its not a joke to drive and waste gas $$ and then get attitude! Avoid this horrible location!

Horrible experience...manager of the store so unapproachable that she will cut you off in any communication and for any coupons, even if you are eligible, she will try to create a problem or gives you excuses. I would register a complaint with corporate.

Beautiful clean store, wide open aisles and so much to choose from. Very tidy and clean, woman at registers are very helpful and kind. Havent been there once where it was over crowded or dirty. Love love this branch store.
