If your in the mood to be singled out and followed around by a strange security guard for no apparent reason.. ..or maybe your craving the attitude of a young adult who is bothered by you interrupting there life by entering there line to cash out..also available to you is the opportunity to be surrounded by workers who give off the impression I hate my job dont bother me...Im texting right now...or maybe your in the market for some rotten cheese from dairy department this is definitely the place to do your grocery shopping...I could give you many more examples of ignorance that I have encounter while shopping here but its way to much to type. this Acme is a poor representation of the Acme brand... Lacking customer service as well as quality control. Shameful how you allow your employees to be so disrespectful to your customers..I would like to take this moment to thank employees who work night shift for ruining my shopping experience at this location...customers need to speak out more and let it be known respect our hard earned money that we spend with your company or we will spend it with your competitors. Train your employees proper customer service skills....Customer check all your goods before purchase. I would not recommend this location to any shoppers...to all the customers who have had a pleasant experience at this location...be thankful....

3erd time here since Pathmark closed, had to leave the cart with all the groceries because there was no register open,(1st time OK, 2nd time, someone had to look for the register attendant); Cant stand self-serving registers especially when I had a full cart...if Im going to leave my money here, I expect some service. Most prices dont agree with my pocket, but the discounts help, the place is clean, many similar items are in different areas (I heard that they do it, so you walk all around the store to see products of companies that rent a space), well...that makes me think that it is disorganized, besides the fact that annoys me when they do that. Many shelves are so stuffed with products, that you cant tell what sticker price belongs to what product (wont buy something that I dont know its price, forget asking someone...would be too tedious) I may come back, will try the new Aldi in Overbrook Park next time..

This is a larger ACME conveniently located close to City Line Avenue. This is where my family does most of its grocery shopping. It has an adequate selection of most things, usually giving us several options of different brands for many of the products we buy. There is an adequate deli (which is rather large in size but does not particularly scream quality), a well-stocked fresh seafood section, and a nice meat section for beef/chicken/pork etc. The frozen foods are present, though I wish they carried better-yet-affordable frozen ravioli. The staff are extremely friendly and almost always helpful. One negative is that there is no indoor space for carts, so they can be cold and/or wet depending on the weather on any given day.

Multiple times Ive been to this acme at the customer service desk. The line is always out the door and there is ALWAYS just one employee working. I go there on my hour lunch and it sometimes takes about 30 minutes waiting in line until Im seen. With a variety of different services that the service desk offers (lotto, money transfers, transactions etc) youd think that there would be another worker on shift. Ridiculous!! There was a woman today doing a money transfer for 20 minutes until another worker who was from the floor called over the PA system to ask for assistance at the service desk. Nobody came. Smh

I had the worst experience with a worker who I was told is the Asst. Manager ,Liz. All I did was make a suggestion and was immediately told not to tell her how to run "HER" Store. When I tried to tell her that I was not trying to over step "HER" power she then insisted I leave "HER"store. Before leaving I mentioned to a male employee how un-pleasent she was with her response to a simple suggestion and he said under his breath, "You should work for her". This woman has no reason to be in a position of working with people. I will for sure never return to this Acme again. Sincerely Zach

The associates at the deli counter could use a bit more training in customer service. On a few occasions I have walked up to the counter waiting to be served and the sales associates just stand there talking to each other and ignoring the fact that people are waiting to be served. Some of them use a lot of profanity and speak on things are meant to be talked about in the privacy of their own homes. I gave the store Acme a 4 star rating because other than a few hiccups, my experience is usually pleasant. I can easily find what I need and there is always a great sale.

They seem to run out of items that are on sale. Never!!! go in the store on a Thursday evening. They take all the items that are in the circular for that current week of the shelves too early. To prepare for the new circular that comes out on friday. The workers that work in the bakery and deli department are not friendly. Not all of them but the majority. They need to have the employees go to customer service training classes.

Going to this Acme is like going to the dentist; you do it when you need to, but it doesnt exactly fill you with happy thoughts. Also, "grose" is not a word; I think the previous reviewer meant "gross." If thats the case, Id say he/she is using a pretty applicable word to describe this place. Like Chuck Norris in Missing in Action, getting in and out alive should be considered a major accomplishment.

I was not happy today at all. There is a time and place to re-organize a super Market. Now is not the time. Acme was fine the way it was in terms of organization. I could not find anything because management decided to move things all over the market. I spend good money in acme weekly. I am very disappointed in what I saw today. Terrible experience.

Customer cursed me and my friend out because it was busy in there and the self check out machines were slowing down. So she cursed out me and my friend. Got mad that we were taking too long even tho we couldnt help it. And the cashier was very stressed because they are extremely short workers. So she was of no help.

Did not notice whether the cashier placed all of my items in the bag(s)...obviously not. When I arrived home I had one of three items in the bag. Too far a drive to return. Spent almost $9.00 and all I have to show for it are a dozen eggs. Will never return. Back to Pathmark.
