I work Maintenance at the Woodburn High School as the Head Custodian. This is my 2 thumbs up, 5 star review for YES Graphics... One of the 4 schools on our campus, WACA (Woodburn Arts and Communications Academy) had recently purchased some Banners to proudly display the name of their school. They had been obtained through Woodburn Printing Co. I had been asked to hang them above the hallway arches within the entrance foyer. I gladly acknowledged the task and began to think of different ways that they could be securely attached to the walls above. An email was quickly sent off to Bruce Thomas to inquire about the best way to drill through the acrylic material ... I didnt want anything to happen to the banners, as they were custom made. They also serve as an integral part to the face of Woodburn High School. Bruce quickly responded to my inquiry and a subsequent correspondence ensued. I ended up with a sample piece of the acrylic substrate of the same density and thickness. Instructions were included, as well as a helpful photo and implements. His suggestions lessened the stressful impact of the job, ie, eliminating the trial and error aspect altogether. I ended up using a carbide tipped tile and glass drill bit on a low impact speed using a wood backer to inhibit the backward force, which restrained it from bowing the material outward, possibly cracking the acrylic. All this was done on the tester piece ... which I was very thankful for! Woodburn is very fortunate to have such great customer service and working dedication through YES Graphics. They go to great lengths to ensure that the patron is fully equipped with the right implements needed for the job.
