First off there lines are set up horribly. Once stood in line for 20 mintues only to be told it was the wrong line and that I needed to go to the back of the right line. Excuse me? They ring up people slower than snail and expect me to wait even longer? I left my stuff and walked out. Another time, god forbid you go anywhere near the doors with a shopping cart even though to put it back you have to go near the doors. Security gets on your ass about it. Its bull. Like should i be rude and leave the cart in the middle of the store?

While I understand that when shopping at opening there is some housekeeping that goes on, after noticing a light fixture in womans fitting room was not properly secured I notified the fitting room staff and was told that maintenance would be notified.... after about 20mins returned to the fitting rooms to find that nothing has been done, it would be tragic if some was to be hit and injured by such an careless item that would of only taken two mins to secure properly in a safe manor.

Atrocious customer service and a 30 pace mouse maze you will be forced to walk through to check out even if the store is empty. Also, the guy at the front acting like you are stealing from the store is a nice touch. We left our purchase at the counter and walked out - and you will too if you have any self respect at all.

I went in to buy a pair of shorts and when i went in to the dressing room thet patted down my merchandise mad me feel like a criminal and gave me a panic attack such an invasion first time they have ever done that to me and when i go to any other store that dosnt happen BAD BUISNESS!

Its a Ross. Great deals on clothing and decent selection but the customer service has much room for improvement. I can only think of a couple visits where I didnt feel like the woman checking me out didnt make me feel out of place or inconvenienced by going through their line.

Staff is unbelievably rude! Security douche at the door needs slapped. Treated me like I was stealing from them. Brought in items to exchange wasnt even asking to get the Cash And it was made out to be a big ordeal. Im not going back to gateway Ross

I would give a because the store is clean the service is good, the people are helpful. there is always some awful beeping noise going on that makes it miserable and almost unbearable to shop there

Everything is well stocked and it is very easy to navigate around to find what you are looking for. Staff is very helpful too!
