This place is OK for home goods. Good value for money on these items. On the other hand, clothes are low quality and a bit on the tacky side, but they do charge very little for them. The reason I give them only two stars is because of bad customer service. I was heavily pregnant and I bought a small corner unit. It wasnt too heavy, but heavy enough to carry it all the way to the car. I also had many other items. They wouldnt let me take the unit in the cart. I understand the policy but there should be exceptions. One of the members of staff could have come with me to the car if they worried Id steal their precious cart. Instead, I had to go get the car and park it on the disabled parking outside the store, go back on the store and carry the unit to the car. The staff would just watch and none of them offered to help. I mean, there was no way they could have missed how heavily pregnant I was! Winnie Poohs belly was tiny if compared to mine and the rest of my body was slim, so no way I would pass as a overweight woman.

Pay attention to your receipt, I payed nut I noticed it was a little bit more than expected, so I checked my receipt and they charged me for a $24.99 item that I never bought. I told the cashier and she gave me only $7.00 back and said thanks. I told her you are only giving me 7 and should be 24.99. Then she said let me call the manager. The manager said" we are too busy the line is too long, come back tomortow" but I said no because if I came back later you wont remember me and how will you give me my money if I dont even have the product I need my money back right now. With arguments here and there she ended up giving me my money. Please people check your receipt right on the spot because once you walk out is not much you can do.

Check out took forever on 2 consecutive nights. Unorganized store. Clothing season are out of date. See mostly thick, winter materials and were shopping for summer clothes. Shoes inventory is a little sad. Its near Costco and about halfway through my commute so I stop by sometimes just to wait out traffic

This store has reached a new record low among Ross stores! Rude attendants, bad organization, and stupidly strict loss prevention policies a pain as well as an eyesore for regular shoppers – they have more visible loss prevention folks then regular attendants and cashiers combined

They would not take back a gift I gave someone. I didnt have a recipt,but they could of gave me credit for want the price was that was on the item. ("Witch was only 6.00$)so.I end up throwing it away.. because I had no other person in my family who could use it.Not COOL at all.

I love this Ross because every time I go there I find something. It is a not their biggest shop, but it is brightly lit and well organized. They do not make you wait to enter the fitting rooms. Parking is not a problem either.

Its your classic Ross, nothing fancy. They do have a pretty good selection though (minus plus sizes, its pretty slim). Everything was surprisingly clean and organized, even though I was in about an hour before closing.

Decent deals but gotta have lot of patience to go through the stacks. No proper placing of different sized clothes. Half of the products feel like used and thrown on floor. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Ross isnt known to provide a relaxing shopping experience. However, this location is a total mad house. The merchandise offering is limited and stuff lies on the floor everywhere. Parking is not difficult.

This Ross store is new-ish so maybe they still need to stock up better. A very paltry selection of kids shoes and socks. However, the location is very convenient in the shopping center near Costco.

My time was limited and the line was ridiculously long. Only one check out open. Found 2 blouses I wanted for my birthday and wasnt able to get them. Very disappointed.

This is a pretty big Ross store and have fresh items anytime of the year. The complex where this store is located is one stop shop for Costco which is very convenient.

Layout of the place is much better than the previous one at San Antonio Shopping Center. Great value products as always. Better than shopping at an outlet mall.

This one earlier used to be in San Antonio shopping centre which is shifted to rengstoff shopping centre in July 2015. Very nice place for shopping.
