Ive always shopped the bargain shops for clothes. Ran into Nordstroms about eight years ago to buy a short sleeve shirt for a wedding and nearly had a heart attack when the saleswoman said $65. It turned out to be my favorite shirt. Very high quality. I wear it all the time to work and when we go out. Probably worn it 300+ times and it is still in great shape. By contrast my wife bought me a dress shirt from Old Navy for $19 and it lasted two washes. The math is pretty simple. Plus the clothes are great looking and feel good. I always assumed Nordstrom was expensive, but in the long run it actually is cheaper than most clothing stores because of the higher quality and durability.

Amazing customer service! I only shop at Nordstrom cause they have such wonderful customer service and you can return anything. My mother one time returned a 5+year old bra to them cause she said she didnt wear it much cause it had been poking her in her side and sales lady says "if you bought it here just return it". Diane from childrens shoes was amazing after an online order I had got screwed up, she went out of her was to fix it. There is no company that has customer service like Nordstrom!

I like to shop at stores that have exceptional customer service. Nordstroms is one of those places. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need, will get you anything you want, would walk you to your car if you asked. If you EVER have an issue with an item, no questions asked, they will take it back. Youre paying for quality when you shop here so items are more expensive than your typical clothing store.

Employees are extremely snobby. Apparently because I just got off work and dont look rich my money is no good here. This is not the first time Salem Nordstrom employees have lost out on sales from me due to not wanting to assist me, socializing with other employees and turning away.

Im sad that Nordstrom chose to go political and dump the line of clothes by Trumps daughter, evidently they dont know that their are people in both parties that shop there but they will soon find out that they dont know much about marketing if they serve just one party?

I visited the MAC Counter and it was very awesome. I havent worn makeup in a long time and it was not shaming, it was more welcoming from everyone working this afternoon. More importantly Cami she made me feel good, when some woman can shame us for choosing to wear it.

Locked myself out of my car on Marion St NE, and I ended up relaxing here for a couple of hours in the AC. And I bought shoes that I a wearing now. These guys made my dumb mistake a little more tolerable.

Superior service. Not as wide a selection as in the bigger cities, but very good nonetheless. Handy pick up service for online purchases!
