I know its Ross, so my expectations werent crazy high, but here are some reasons why I came, I tried, and I left empty handed. Not ada compliant. Seems like too much space wasted on 4-ways and the rows of h-racks were too close together. Not enough room for one person to walk through without hitting their arms, let alone a stroller or two people. The fitting room attendant made me feel like I was checking in to prison...I thought she was gonna search under my tongue and spread my cheeks before giving me my room tag. One...ONE...one fitting room for handicap or people with strollers, so i had to wait. And the door handle was broken. It wouldnt even lock, the floor was filthy, and I just refused to try anything on. You have so many 3x3 fitting rooms, knock some down and make some room for people who need the extra space. This was my first and last experience at this location.

Received extremely rude and racist treatment from their staff. We purchased heavy goods and asked for help to watch the items as we went to get more goods. He said "No." and turned to an Asian girl (also staff) next to him and asked her to speak Chinese to me, even though my native language is English. I told him that I speak English, and he turned to her again as if I wasnt there, saying "I dont get what shes saying." Had he explained, "Sorry its against store policy to help customers watch their items" I would have understood (the policy, and the English too, just to clarify) but I was served a dose of racism on top of his unhelpful behavior. Very disappointed and shocked that my first racist encounter was by staff at Ross, which Ive supported since I got here. I dont feel like coming here ever again.

My $500 phone was stolen. Wrote a police report and called the store a few times to check if they had any news. There are cameras there, so its upsetting that the security guards couldnt just check the recording. Seems to be too much work and complication to just check. I stopped shopping there since. The security guards are useless and no one cares unless someone stole from the store. Keep guard on your purses ladies. Im not one to write ratings but I was pickpocket shopping there. Happened some day in August 2015.

This place has gone down hill. They never have enough clerks to help for the long lines of customers, and some (but not all) of the clerks, particularly the young ones, need an attitude adjustment. Yeah, you can find some good buys, but in the recent months Ive shopped here Ive sensed an overall low morale in the store. Is it worth it just to save a few bucks?

Sometimes theres some good bargains, especially in shoes for my wide feet, but the store is always a hot mess. Maybe perhaps Ross could hire someone who could keep things neat and tidy? Id shop there more often and spend more if merchandise was actually where it was supposed to be.

Not that great. Clothes are really cheap but not many varieties. You can only see few clothes that match your size. Im not even talking about quality since you get only what you pay for. Wish they had more varieties and more cashiers. Lines are long and wastes your time.

Pros: 2 stars for its price tags. Cons: Check out line is long most of the times. Staffs are not much helpful either. Mens clothes are pretty random. .. most of the shelves have products that look like leftovers...

Shelves are not exactly full. When we had gone the system was down and we were not able to make any purchases or save our items for a next day purchase. Manager wasnt very pleasant.

They keep the store clean, no clothes laying on the floor clean restrooms. Lines can get long but they usually get you through check out efficiently.
