Not actually an outlet store. Their prices were higher than their own online store! However, the did price match with an different online store to bring their price down (but they dont price match anything on Amazon thats eligible for Prime, since they say that this is a "membership deal", even though Prime only affects two day shipping...).

This is an outlet store, so it has a smaller footprint and not always the bleeding edge popular toys, but it is great for buying a kid - or kid at heart - a gift. They can also order in items from the website to the store, usually with no or discounted shipping. The staff is knowledgeable about their stock and friendly.

I did get the gentlemans name, but he was the one to open the store on Wednesday April 5, 2017. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, He went above norms in his customer service. He made our shopping experiences at this store very enjoyable.
