It took three days and two separate trips between my husband and I to purchase a playpen for our son. The employees were extremely rude and lazy in the process; refusing to check the back for my husband so I had to ship the playpen to store. All this did was force another employee to get the pen. When I went to pick it up, the employees I dealt with were rude to me and customers around me and were a little too stoned to be at work in my opinion. Will NOT be purchasing there again.

Went for the Pokemon Go Plus. Looked online & called the night before to find out what time they opened and how many they were getting in. Was told they open at 10am and were getting at least 50 in stock. We showed up at 9:45am to find that they opened at 9am and only got 17 that sold out immediately. When I spoke with their customer service rep all we got was a snotty "Sooorreeeeey". Theres plenty of other places to shop where their employees arent trained so piss-poorly.

Overwhelming supply of low quality toys that lack imagination and educational opportunities. You really have to hunt through all of that to get to a rare few good options. There are plenty of great toys out there, and Toys"R"Us just doesnt offer them. Their only redeeming factor is that they carry a decent selection of LEGO.

Most Toys R Us are very similar and this one is no different, however the cashier was very outgoing and friendly which is becoming a rarity. I was disappointed with the Barbie selection very little clothing I went there thinking they would have the largest selection.

There is a wide selection of toys here that your kiddo will ask for. Luckily, their sale prices are incredibly reasonable and the employees are kid friendly; engaging them in lighthearted conversation. All in all, its really what you want from a toy store.

Nice toys but I will never buy electronics like Tablets, they dont hold up to kids standards like the packaging says it would, so far my son has had his Nabi dreamtab for a year now with no problems
