Toys r us shipping is garbage!! I ordered my sons birthday present on the 1st of January. It was supposed to be here the 6th! There was no reason it should be here the 6th except laziness on toys r us part! I paid $176 plus shipping and they sent it with some garbage company that nobodys ever heard of! Now its the 12th. The day of my sons birthday and its not coming till tomorrow quote on quote! Dont ever order online they absolutely suck!!! I hate toys r us!! They rip you off when it comes to ordering online!!! Garbage customer service as well! They wouldnt do anything for me!!!

The store is a typical toys r us and babies r us. The floor is clean and shelves are somewhat organized. But the menvs bathroom is horrible. It has a burning stink of never being cleaned thoroughly. Toilet paper just sitting around and not in holders. Clogged toilets and the appearance of the stalls looks beat down. Felt disgusted after being in there so I just left immediately after.

For the two that said this location isnt there any more, they are wrong. This is a HUGE babies r us and toys r us and they have NOT moved. They MUST have gone to the wrong place because the directions on here led us right there just yesterday, This store is huge and a great place to shop for your kids and babies. I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome the store was neat and clean and I love that for birthdays this year my 8yr old got a book and a Geoffrey plush they also said theyd announce it over the intercom hes like no thanks!!!! So awesome! Very fast friendly check out! He had fun spending his birthday money! And score they had Skylanders Buy one get 4 free! Spectacular!

Out of stock! Terrible to take a grandson in to pick out a special toy (battery jeep) only to build the excitement to be crushed at the checkout. None in stock and not willing to track one down for us. Add this to one more blow for this store.

Took a long time to get service. They were having an event and had staff dedicated to that, however they were mostly just talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers understand what was going on where.

As the other reviewer mentioned, this store has been demolished. Hope you do not make the same mistake and drive there just to find out it is gone. I wonder how we alert google maps?

Prefer this Toys R Us over any other within the area. They always have what I need, but mostly, they can always make me happy. Very knowledgeable staff, and wonderful management.

I say that the new one is bright and the ceiling is very high. It isnt that cluttered, but I have to say I think there might be less items then before. But, the building is great.

This is probably the best Toys R Us in the Portland metro area. It is more modern than a lot of its counterparts, is easily accessible, and is always holding events.

They had some demo toys out the made bleepy bloopy noises. Dad mode kicked in and I of course had to conduct quality testing with my kids for the next hour.

Prices are average but there is a good selection. When stuff goes on clearance there are some great deals (paid $3 for a $20 item today).
