This is the closest real toy store to my home so I end up here a few times each year. On the good side, they usually have a good selection of toys and its generally pretty easy to find an employee if needed. Also, they match prices, which is awesome. On the down side, the prices are NEVER correct. Ive literally gotten to the point of snapping photos of each item on the shelf prior to checking out. The manager who has been there for a while now has always been friendly and helpful but most of the employees seem either poorly trained or like the just dont care much.

Its a nice Toys R Us that I cant understand why some people give it such unsavory ratings. I come in here relatively often, especially around Christmas time, and the thing I like about it most is that they NEVER change their store layout. I hate when stores do that, as if there was something wrong with a system that made sense and every regular customer understands. In general the staff is pretty friendly here, a must have quality and a toy store. I especially like the attitude of a supervisor I met named Collin who works there. Good store.

This place is like Home Depot - lots of crappy, made-in-China junk? Not a single yo yo on the shelves (Walmart had at least 4 types). Plenty of junk, including crappy baby clothing (why, when there is a Babies r Us nearby?). Even the specialty (small) toy stores lack what I need. My child loves yoyos but the only way to buy him the one he wants is online. TOTAL FAIL.

Everyone is very nice and if you keep a cool head on your shoulders and do not give a additud about waiting or having to get help...the employees are there to help get what you want....Andy the mgr. Is very nice and helpful and deserves all the props for helping my son pick out a new bike...we were very patient and he was very professional...thanks Andy.

I have nothing against ToysRUs but this location can give me the heeby jeebies. I always avoid coming here if its dark as it just seems so weirdly far back from the road and the parking lot makes me feel uneasy. They do have a great selection though, even though it feels quite a bit smaller than other ToysRUs locations in the area.

I went to this store on black Friday weekend and was looking for monster Bolling and a young lady was trying to help me find it we got separated and I thought she had stopped helping me but ten minutes later here she came with the last monster Bolling. I was so pleased.

Purchased an item that tag said $22.99, rang up at $34.99, lady radioed for a price check and person checking price said that she didnt see where it said the cheaper price. I went back to show her and she had already removed the price tag.

I have shopped here a lot, I have had great experiences from the employees. They have worked hard at trying to find me particular toys and games. I havent had any issue with bad customer service at this store.

The staff is very kind and beyond helpful, but they need to hire more people. I come here often and it seems there is less staff every time. But the staff they do have is awesome! Just bring patience.

Quick and easy place to get birthday presents and toys for young ones, prices may be on the high side, but the selection of toys for ages 4 - 12 is great.
