I contacted several dealerships from mid Oregon to Northern WA, regarding the purchase of a 2017 350. I called Suburban Ford and Josh the initial sales person I spoke with was very informative and helpful to me. My research showed that Suburban Ford had more inventory, and trucks optioned the way i wanted them, than any dealership in a 200 mile radius. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DEALERSHIP WITH A HUGE SUPER DUTY INVENTORY THAT IS LOCAL, SUBURBAN FORD IS THE ONE FOR YOU. If your looking for trucks on the lot that are not all mostly Lariats, KR, and Platinum trim this is the dealership especially for you. After encouragement from my wife I decided a few days later that it was a good time to buy! Since Josh was out when I called back, George Zanotelli took care of me on the purchase of my truck. After test driving a truck, I came back to the lot and found a truck that had just come in, and not even dealer prepped yet. This truck had what I was looking for, XLT, Fifth Wheel Prep, and the new White Gold color I preferred. I asked about this truck, and within minutes the owner of Suburban Ford provided a price for me that i couldnt say no to. George took the truck off the lot to get it ready for me that night within a couple hours of closing. So , this part was done... and next I had a great truck to either sell or trade... I was sure i would sell it myself! I asked about trade in value on my truck just for my own information, and then, Jason Farmer the used car manager took a look at my F250 7.3. There were no games or anything and the price he offered me for my truck was very reasonable. Jason is my kind of person, just a very straight forward upfront guy, which i appreciated. Not as much for my trade as i could have garnered on a private sale, however it was fair enough to save me 1k in taxes for the State of WA and allow me to put the value of my truck into my down payment as well. Important to note is that when Jason offered me the good trade in value on my truck, Suburban Ford had already provided me with a great price on the new truck. So, there was no hedging on price of new truck/trade to offer artificial value on trade... This is an example of integrity in the way they structured my transaction, which further reinforced to me that I had made the best decision, to buy my new truck from Suburban Ford. The people that took care of me are real working people that make you feel like you matter to them. George Z is very friendly, courteous and helpful and I never felt pressured in any way during the sales process. George follows up and makes sure he takes care of every step thoroughly. When i came to pick up my truck the next day it was parked out front, detailed, fueled up and ready to go. George went over the operation of the vehicles and options with me before I drove away which was very helpful. George really made buying the truck fun! I researched for months... every night on the computer on the truck selection, and pricing etc. and not one dealer including the one 1.5 miles from my office was within 2500-3k of Suburban Fords Price. Since Suburban Ford is very committed to Super Duty sales I am confident the service dept is very up to date at servicing and maintaining my new Super Duty Truck. I will drive 26 miles each way on a Saturday for my service to be done there. From initial contact, to the ease of financing with Yousif , Suburban Ford made the purchase of my 2017 F350 Powerstroke fun, and i know i have a team that will support me with my ownership of this vehicle. There is not a better Diesel Pick up made to this date and not a better dealership to buy from. Michael and Robin Frakes

This was the worst experience I have ever had, any where. Even worse then a used car sales lot. I would NEVER recommend Suburban Ford to any of my friends and family, and it truly makes me sad. I have lived in Sandy for nearly 30 years and couldnt imagine that after considering buying a vehicle that Suburban ford would have scumbag typical "car salesmen". Not only did they not want to give me a fair value for my trade in, and when I said no, turned around and even told my husband that "she caught on the that fast. We basically werent giving you anything for the car to make up for the loss of the price" I get there is a job to be done but to be completely scandalous is another, and then admit that you are being scandalous. The salesman, Dave, had just told my husband he had recently got divorced and opened up to my husband quickly as he noticed we were not in agreement about this purchase. My husband had went in by himself to talk since he wasnt being prompt on taking care of business through the phone. He then told my husband when I wasnt with him that "cant you just make the decision" and my husband told him then that we are married and make decisions together. After everything he didnt listen to what we could afford and STILL tried to sell my husband a truck stretching everything we had passed the limit. (Not saying my husband is in the right... this is a whole other issue) When we were suppose to go in to unwind the deal they trapped me and Dave looked at me and said, "its ok we dont need you anyway for the deal, I can get your husband approved for only $10 more a month." Are you kidding me? I knew then why this guy was scum! He played my husband against me. When things still didnt work out, he continued and told my husband that they could STILL make the deal work with out our trade in and itd be nearly 200+ more a month on top of that. This guy didnt care about our family, this guy didnt care about reality, all this guy cared about is making some money! I have NO respect for Sandy Suburban Ford after this. I seriously thought after hearing everything that Sandy Ford would be different. I guess I was wrong and I found out the hard way. I have heard great things about the owners, but if they can allow someone to do every dirty trick in the book, its not ok and they have allowed him to think its ok.

We first met Beth on a very cold winter night as we drove through their lot looking for a used truck. She walked out and greeted us with a smile and spent about 30 minutes chatting while we sat in our Jeep toasty warm. We sent her a message about a truck they had listed online and it was parked up front and all warmed up when we arrived. The truck met all of our needs and then some but had a few minor concerns that we had discussed. We explained that we were in the middle of escrow on a house here in Sandy and would contact her when it closed if they still had the truck. We ended up going back a few more times to look at the truck and make sure it was the vehicle we wanted. Everyone at the dealership was always welcoming when we arrived and encouraged our 2 daughters ages 2 and 4 to play, color, and just be kids. Never once did we feel unwelcome or that our kids were bothering them. Beth and the sales team never once asked us any financial questions, to fill out an application, or to see our credit, they actually refused to even discuss the vehicle price or potential sale until we showed them the keys to our new house... What dealership refuses to talk numbers out of respect for the customers well being?? Suburban does thats who. When we finally returned to purchase the truck they already fixed the minor imperfections and offered us a great deal on a wheel and tire package. (We researched the cost of the wheels and tires before hand and they beat the best price we found anywhere) We had such a great experience at Suburban they will be our first stop when we are in the market for another vehicle in the future. Beth and Team thanks again for a great experience.
