The only reason I am giving this Home Depot 2 stars is do to our sales associate Katie. She was wonderful. We visited this store and placed a order to be delivered do to the size and quanity of it. We paid the delivery fee to have it delivered on a specific date and on the delivery date it still had not arrived at 730pm so we called the store. We then were informed that our delivery had been put of for 5 more days instead. No one ever called us let alone applogized for their mess up. We hired a landscaper from out of state that we worked with before and now due to the big mess I have to pay him extra for his time that was not planned on. Also come to find out that what they are bringing us out is not even the full order and will have to make another delivery on another date. If this place thinks Im paying for 2 deliveries they are nuts because it should have been 1 to begin with not 2 and I think they should reimburse me for the delivery fee since they messed up. I recommend not getting thing delivered from this store and from now on I will be taking my business else where. This is not the 1st mess up at this store but this 1 cost me the most time and money.

So I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot and after a week it broke. I contacted Home Depot and the manufacture. All they did was point fingers at each other saying its their responsibility to refund it. So I get tired of the phone tag and go into Home Depot. I told them the situation and they called their manager to help me refund this product. Not what happen tho, the manage was rude and told me they do not return any appliances after 48 hours. I told her it broke in a week not in your 48 hour window and so you wont take it back? She said yes and I said so what Im just stuck with a product I dont want and I cant do anything about it. She said yes again with this smug look on her face. So I told her can I call your corporate office and she said that wont help you, theyll tell you the same thing. So now Im boycotting Home Depot and will never shop there again!

This place is the WORSE! A man was making a wheel for a project. He was in a wheel chair asking this lady questions. She wasnt understanding what the man was really asking. She had called over another Home Depot employee for assistance. This man came over and was gathering the information. He started to get VERY rude with his man in the wheelchair. Once the man was done explaining what he was trying to do, the man that came over to assist his fellow colleague turned his back to his customer and proceeded to make a face and roll his eyes..! Im SO disgusted with this, I dropped my items and walked out!!!! I know Home Depot to be based on the "award winning" customer service.... And that was the WORST thing I have ever seen to a disabled man just trying to do a project! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I am giving it 5 stars because of outstanding customer service. We bought a dishwasher and a washing machine here. Shawn in appliances helped us and was absolutely outstanding. He was honest and to the point. He didnt try to up sell anything and listened to what we wanted. There was a glitch in our delivery which made things very inconvenient for us. We were expecting delivery on November 28 and received a very last minute call (from the appliance manufacturer) that it wouldnt be installed until Dec. 2nd. I spoke with Brian, the appliance manager and he was very attentive and understanding. He provided excellent customer service and helped to make it right. I will be going back for future appliances as long as Shawn and Brian are there!

Was flat out lied to over the phone on not one but two occasions. Both times spaced about a month or so apart, were to verify an item being in stock before a long drive to come and pick up. Both times I arrived to find that not only was it not waiting for me at the customer service desk as promised, but was not even in stock at all. What is that saying, fool me once? Well, from now on I will only shop at any Home Dumbo if I am already in the area and have nothing much to lose but a little time. It is unfortunate because they used to be a very reliable company for advice and items being in stock. This is what happens when chains get too big for thier own good.

Bought a chainsaw that is still under warranty. I brought it in to the service desk to get it dialed in because it has never run well since the purchase of it. The guy at the service desk wouldnt even take the saw unless I paid an $18 fee, nor would he look it up to verify warranty. I spoke to a manager this morning and all he could do was take my name and look into it. Look into it? WTF! Ill take my saw to any other service center other than Home Depot and get it taken care of. Pretty sure I wont be buying any more tools from Home Depot. Very displeased.

Helpful in paint. Thanks for all the matches you have made for us. (Maybe need to have night staff review floors and wax and finishes.) Semi quick to get my keys duplicated. Water ready to go. Plants ..wide variety but sure seems they could come down in price. I would recommend this store to others. They carry pallets. They have a wide range of lumber... yes decent spot in Keizer... Again... we have been here 30 X in the past 2 years and will continue to come here over lows. It is convenient that you are open, 7 days a week. (Unlike Ace H.)

I went in with 5 minutes to spare before closing. As I was looking for a bolt to complete a time sensitive project I asked for help locating a bolt that I could. It locate at the moment. When I asked for help one of the workers didnt hear me and asked what I needed. I repeated myself that I needed help. At the same time another employee heard me and said rudely no. All i needed was help finding a simple bolt and got a rude response. I will be having a chat with her supervisor bout the horrible customer service she displayed tonight.

Ive been to this home depot LOTS and the new lowes and Im pregnant... home depot comes and helps me lift the heavy things with out me asking... Lowes is very rude... i had to ask 3 men to help me with something and they all said NO... so i ended up lifting a LOT OF HEAVY lumber and sheet rock into a wobbly cart myself!!!!!

Well the associates are willing to tell you anything on the phone! Do not believe them! Got there and the person i spoke to was gone for the day. The person helping me said no we cannot sell and have no remnants of carpet for you thoes are for installers only! What a bunch of crap. Never doing business with them again!

They would not honor my husbands vetren status from his drivers license even though there website says they give veterans a 10%discount. We went to Lowes and they were no questions asked and were more than happy to help us. Home Depot lost us forever. Such a bummer.
