Home depot is the worst. No checkers ever, maybe one lane open and you have to walk all the way down to the end of the store or try and do self check out with a 12 foot pice of drywall. The contractor sales computers dont work with other stores and if you have to do returns they send you to 3 stations till someone figures out how to use a computer. They say they have the lowest prices but they are aways over priced. They have a bunch of poeple who dont know what a 2x4 is and are just there to get a pay check. They will ask you if you need help and then have no idea about anything. Contractors get treated like shjt. Everytime I go to Home depot it is a total nightmare, abs plumbing is always in a differnt part of the store then plumbing, every store is layed out differnt then the next and the manager is someone who is totaly clueless of how to run a store. None of the items that you need are in stock. The returns area in the Santa Rosa store is jammed in right at the front enterance and there is no way for them to flow traffic correctly. The only thing good about home depo is they will return pretty much anything mainly because the person at the station has no clue. I love going to home depo and having 10 people ask me if I need anything then not knowing shjt while there is one check out open with 10-15 poeple in line. A 5 min trip to home depot usally cost me about 500-600 dollars in B.S. This doesnt happen once in a while, it is everytime I go there. Total nightmare all the way around the board. Only one thing you need to get a job there is to have no construction back ground and not give a fuc about anything other then filling an 8 hour day as a prop.

everyone is ALWAYS so friendly & helpful, thats why l always take a bag of "LIFE SAVORS " into the store to give to everyone who works there (a couple of them). these fine men & women are all such a GREAT ASSET to the store. its my favorite place to go, a mans store, "tools & stuff - r - us" !! l walk out every time with a smile on my face, they are happy to see you, help you, & it was a GREAT experience for us both, & l got a GREAT DEAL on everything l purchased. thanks to all of you for my experience & to see my HOME DEPOT FAMILY. Understaffed, often the folks who are working tend to be short with their tone, especially if youre coming in with a large order. Got an attitude from a few of the employees because i had a larger order to complete. They made it clear that i was causing them distress, almost like i was imposing on them. Also, got the run-around when i came in later in the evening since i asked 3 different people for help and they all sent me to different places. one hand definitely does not know what the other is doing here.

Went in for a new bathroom sink and the staff was really helpful. They took the time to explain the different options and kept us within the budget we came in with. I really liked the lack of sales pressure tactics that other stores have. Were not sure about the choices, and they explained how to order online, which is what we did. Great customer service. Also, had some other items to purchase in the garden section and staff was very helpful explaining the plant food we needed for our garden.

Not a huge fan of this chain, but it is fine if you need the type of things they have and are in the araea. This location is often a bit diseveled, but that might be a not constant thing. I have purchased many things and it was fine. The staff are often under trained so know most of what you need before you go in.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER horrible customer service. I went there just to get a key made and I waited for help for over 30 MINUTES! The worker who was called to make the keys named Omar NEVER SHOWED UP. NO ONE helped me so I went to LOWES and they helped me in less then 5 minutes!!! GO TO LOWES !

I walked around for 20 minutes without anyone assisting me. I walked up to a couple different groups of employees but they were too busy gossiping to acknowledge me standing there. I called to say i had left and would not spend my money there and management hung up without listening to me.

The pro desk is totally worthless!!! I have made multiple attempts at placing advanced orders and found that the order is never ready the day I need to pick it up. The staff consistently made it clear that I was imposing on them, and management is also completely worthless

We get our Christmas tree here every year and we always end up with a great one! Its a Home Depot, so it is pretty standard. The times I have been in here with my parents the workers are friendly and knowledgeable.

LG IS A POOR PRODUCT. HOME DEPOT SERVICE FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY IS JUST A BAD. MY FRIDGE DIED AFTER 18 MONTHS. SERVICE CENTER FOR REPAIR IS AUTOMATED . SOONEST DATE FOR TECHNICIAN IS 8 DAYS OUT. TERRIBLE.

You get what you pay for. Everyone knows that Home Depot is the impersonal and poorly stocked big box store, but sometimes is very convenient. Good for the average Joe, but bad for the real contractor.

RP store poorly managed, high staff turnover. Goto Santa Rosa store. Smaller, less stock but have what you need. Sraff is knowledgeable and helpful. RP store needs new management to fix its mess
