My husband went in to check out this store because were office supply nerds. The store had a nice supply of a variety of office supplies: notebooks, post its, furniture, and an impressive pen collection. Although this is a local stationary shop, the prices are easily beat by your local Target or Amazon so be prepared to pay a little more. What negatively affected my experience there was that we received ZERO service. Not a "Can I help you find anything?" or even a "hello." We were actually in the market for a fountain pen but the two workers that were there couldnt have been less interested. And yes, we were the only people in the store. My husband was interested in trying out some fountain pens but a las, we got no help. Poor customer service.

This place looks adorable from the outside, but dont be fooled into thinking its too small to carry what youre looking for OR that youll pay way more than at a Big Box. They arent and you wont. We get all our office supplies for home and business here and are consistently impressed by their customer service, affordable prices, and wide selection. Best of all, any order over $25 is eligible for free delivery! If you want to feel good about buying local, forget the Big Box and shop for office supplies, gifts, and goodies at Cookes! Were huge fans, can you tell? :)

We need more stores like Cookes Stationary! Great products, smart people and plenty of interesting things that will inspire you. Today I went in for a high-quality pen and I also found the best note-taking book ever created. Last month I went in for a business form and I also found an creativity-inspiring art book for my daughter. Love this place!

Great selection and good prices. It may be one of the only remaining stationery stores left in Salem, but they do things right. I will definitely be back to grab a pen or handy pad in the future.
