Anna is amazing! I called this location to figure out what kind of paper options they had for my RSVPs and Anna was SO helpful, she told me they have a wide range of options in multiple colors and weights, and that shed be willing to show me what they have in stock when I come in. I drove directly there and thats just what she did. She took the time to listen to my concerns and help me match the sample I brought in, as well as give me purchasing options. Its so nice to receive great customer service from someone who genuinely cares. This store is also freaking adorable and is a go-to for cute gifty things. S/O to Anna for making my day.

Great friendly people here. Its father out, but I prefer the NW23rd Paper Source. Even though the spaces are likely the same size, I feel the NW23rd location to be better laid out and with a more diverse selection of goods that I actually liked. Staff was friendly, but again better selection of items at NW23rd. Of course you come here for cards, but I also love looking at their odd gifts, and this store just doesnt nail it.
