Ive bought well over 10 notebooks here. For my colleagues & family as gifts and for myself. The ladies and gentlemen who work there have been always polite and helpful each time (especially since I ask all the notebooks to be monogrammed...which takes time but they always do it with a smile). Also, the fact that the notebooks are made in the U.S. and monogramming is included in the price makes it all that better!

I love that Shinola has moved to Downtown Portland! This store has a great selection of well made leather goods. Definitely worth checking out, and the ladies who helped me pick out my new watch this morning were very helpful!
