Ecru is a great little shop that I discovered while looking for a place to buy a decent notebook. The location is small so the selection is rather limited compared to some other stores, but I liked what they had to offer. They carry some notebooks that I have never heard of before and will be looking into possibly purchasing. The assortment, while as limited as the space, still offered up some surprising finds; of course they carry some of the staples as well such as Field Notes too. The woman who was running the shop when I went in was very friendly and shared her advice on different notebooks and pens. It was a nice visit, and I will definitely be stopping by in the future to check on Filed Notes colors stock as well as for new arrivals.

Looking for that high quality card that doesnt look like you forgot and stopped off at safeway? Check out this place! High quality cards that are very nice. They are a little more than traditional quick stop cards but well worth the extra buck or two.

Of all of the stationary/journal stores I stopped in while in Portland, this was my absolute favorite. I wanted to buy everything!!! They have really cute, unique cards and nice journals.
