It was a great product until they shipped it. I ordered beer labels and cardstock carriers. Both would have been fine had someone not decided to jam them into an envelope they clearly didnt fit in. That plus the actual shipping meant they arrived bent and damaged. Id contact Evermines customer service but I know from experience theyll just be snotty and unhelpful. In response to their "Customer Service"...: Thats interesting you say that Tracy, exactly how many times did you leave a message? Let me help you: none. And only one time in 4 years? You must be forgetting two years ago when you completely screwed up the labels for my wedding, and couldnt get them printed in time for the event. Go back and review order# 08A74F3 and youll see how many times I had to contact customer service who was wholly unhelpful. And what point is there in sending me a new product? This one should not have been damaged in the first place. Its the same lazy and terrible packaging you used last year, and is referenced in several of the other reviews of your business. If you didnt care enough to fix the labels for a wedding for 3 tries, why should I give you a third chance to ship labels correctly. You clearly didnt fix the problem in response to any of the other reviews. But hey, good job trying to make it sound like Im an unreasonable whiner. That definitely will keep my business and I definitely wont re-post this to Facebook.

I stumbled across Evermine and I feel so lucky that an did! I needed a small personalized tag for an event and created one using the Evermine website. But, upon finishing I thought it would be nice if I could add more to the tag...but, I couldnt figure out how to do that so, I just resigned myself that what I created was good enough. I started to place my order and in the comment section I decided to just tell Evermine what I "really" wanted, and expressed that it would have been great to add more to the tag. I sent the order on, never thinking Evermine would contact me, and within HOURS I had a proof of a new tag with what I really wanted and ready for me to view! What? Great customer service? Yep! The tag they created was perfect! The sent it out and it came extremely quickly and I love them! I would highly recommend Evermine and will use them again! Thank you for all your help. Great customer service, great company!!!

I am always getting appealing compliments from my party guest & have referred so many friends and family members to Evermine. Additionally, I am a big believer that you get what you pay for and in this instance the price ranges in addition to promotional coupons offered is equitable). I found this website when looking for custom tags for my bridal shower favors. I was impressed with the prices and how easy it was to edit what I wanted on the tag compared to other places. The price was great and the tags came out PERFECT. the color matched perfectly and the size was exactly as expected. I will definitely use this again! Wedding planning can be stressful and all of the little details add to a lot of stress, it was nice for this to be easy and go smoothly. Not to mention competitors needed over a week for shipping, etc. And these arrived 3 days after I placed the order!

My order was received earlier than expected, but all 4 sheets of canning labels are NOT circles, as ordered. They are each cut off on all four sides? I emailed and left a voice mail, and customer service got back to me immediately. They assured me that when I peel the labels off, they will, in fact, be the 2" circles I ordered. This was a gift, and when inspected in good light, I can see my own mistake! Feeling happy and satisfied with both the product, and the genuine customer service of this company! Way to go Evermine!

I have ordered return address labels twice from Evermine, using my own pictures and the features allowing me to play with scripts and colors until I get just the look I want. The results are eye catching and come on heavy, waterproof sheets, 24 peel off, self sticking labels per sheet. Delivery by USPS Priority mail is quick with the contents nicely packaged. Me most recent order arrived two days ahead of estimate. Obviously Im pleased with the results and the service.

The cards and labels are perfect every time. I use them for my business advertising and the quality is amazing. Cardstock is heavy and feels sturdy and nice to the touch. The labels are easy to use and have always been printed perfectly. Customer service has been easy to get in touch with and very helpful when Inhad some design questions. Proofs are always sent to me so that I can see exactly what I have ordered. I cant recommend this company enough.

We purchased coasters. The editing was quick and easy using iPad. There were plenty of layout choices so that we were able to select a favorite, edit the details to fit our needs, and place our order in a very short time. We ordered on Wednesday and delivery was three days later. Amazingly fast turnaround time! The pulpboard used was high quality and the graphics were exactly like the final proof. We couldnt be happier with our purchase.

I ordered 3 different custom coasters from Evermine and love each one! The quality is wonderful as well as fast shipping and great customer service. I actually had two orders go through back-to-back on accident. I didnt know this happened, however, received a call from Evermine to make sure that was intentional. When I explained it wasnt I was quickly refunded my money. Great product, Great company. Would surely use again!
