I stopped by to buy ink and rejuvenate the Parker Sonnet fountain pen I purchased at Silbermans in 1997 to address my daughters wedding invitations. While we discussed the long history of Silberman Brown and my Parker pen they cleaned and serviced my pen. Awesome place. Picked up a TWSBI Diamond 580, ink well, and three bottles of J.Herbin ink there on Wednesday a week ago (5/11/16) while in Seattle on business. Very friendly staff. Great location. Tried a glass dip pen while there, too. Nice selection of fountain pens. Will visit them next time in Seattle. Love supporting stores like that!

Incredible customer service, let me use very expensive fountain pens and when I was hesitating to buy one I was told to think about it and come back later. I bought a bottle of ink and plan on coming back to purchase many pens and inks in the future.
