I have a coat with failed zipper and just learned from store staff outlet items arent guaranteed, & was also told by store manager that North Face is cutting back on guaranteeing items.‬ This is crazy and sad, given I was in a North Face store located next to Patagonia and half block from LL Bean, stores which go out of their way to guarantee things they make. BTW, I wasnt looking to exchange; a free repair would have made me happy.

Northface Haven! If you love the brand, this is the place to go. Although, because of its location in a nice area, prices arent always the best, but if you look around the store long enough, youll find something sweet at a great price (for Northface). The store is really clean, and staff was super friendly. If see go again.

Thanks so much for the FREE repair ( and shipping) of my Northface Apex Elixer Jacket!! This jacket has been around the world including Mt Everest and very rural East Africa. When the zipper broke I thought it was all over. Thanks for the zipper and even new cuffs! You have a lifelong customer in your hand.

Literally the only way I can afford North Face but its awesome. Great quality and a great selection for an outlet. I got a fleece for $25 and pair of jeans for $15. My husband got a fleece for $20 (why are mens clothes always cheaper?) and a softshell jacket for $50.
