Its overpriced and their customer service is poor. Yes, this is a big store with a nice layout and selection but I spent hundreds of dollars and spent many long hours at Rejuventaion during our recent remodel. While they were generally nice when I was buying something their tone took a 180 degree turn when I need to return anything. For example, I was encouraged to purchase multiple door handles and hardware, "You can just return whatever doesnt work!" But when I went to return the stuff they were much less generous in their attitude. They should have been less encouraging and more upfront about their strict guidelines for return. I wont go into all the details but suffice it to say that they are no New Seasons or Nordstroms. I now have about a hundred dollars in extra hardware I was not allowed to return. The employees oddly seemed truly put out to have to deal taking things back--like their salaries depended on my return items. I have vowed never to shop there again, on the one hand because I dont like being treated rudely and on the other because I can get everything they sell at stores where the staff are much nicer and the stores are also locally owned like Schoolhouse Electric and Winks Hardware. Both of those stores are wonderful and have really top notch customer service.

Rejuvenation sells vintage and new furniture, bathroom fixtures, lighting and other home goods. in 1977, Neil Kellys son Jim started the architectural salvage shop in North Portland where he rebuilt vintage light fixtures in his spare time. Rejuvenation soon began manufacturing reproduction lighting fixtures and selling them nationally. Still a Portland, Oregon, company, the Williams-Sonoma home furnishings division acquired the company in 2011 to add to their popular West Elm and Pottery Barn brand stores. Today, they are Americas largest manufaturer of reproduction lighting in America, and still made in Portland, Oregon.#LocalGuides #OnGoogleMaps

Beautiful and unique hardware and lighting, but old-fashioned policies and customer service. Gift cards cannot be redeemed online, though this is not stated online. When I immediately replied to my receipt after placing an order, I didnt get a response for more than 24 hours, and they would not apply the gift card balance to the order because "it had already been invoiced" ... even though their customer services lines (phone, chat) were not open for business at that time. I like what they sell, but its not run as a modern business, which makes for an unnecessarily complicated customer experience compared to similar retailers.

I love these people. I love getting their catalog, I love the products, I love the company. I have bought two things from them - a ceiling fixture years ago through the catalog, and more recently a beautiful table lamp as a holiday present for my wife, through the website. Both were shipped quickly and safely, and I felt like I got a really good deal both times. They know period lighting - really know it - not like a lot of retailers who sell any junk with stained glass in it and call it "MIssion" or "Craftsman." RH products are sure to match with your historic home.

Ordered a pair of globes and fixtures. The globes were supposed to be blue. We received black. We were told they sent us copper, it was their mistake, and an exchange was arranged. Received round two and they were still black/copper. Questioned customer service whether this black color was actually supposed to be blue, they said no it is definitely blue and we would know it. Second exchange made. Third round arrives, still black. Returned everything. Globes looked great, would love them if they would send us the color we ordered. First world problems.

Purchased a sink from the online store. Before I had even received the order it went on sale. I called customer service to request a refund of the difference. They said they dont do that. I asked for a store credit. They said no. They said I could return the sink then order a new one. I asked if I could return it in store, they said no. I asked to speak with a manager, they said no. Not helpful or customer oriented. The sink seems cool at least. Rejuvenation, here is my order # WO00297162 if you want to fix your crappy policy!!!

Much like Anthropologie, Rejuvenation is a fun place to amble through while pretending youre rich enough to actually afford these things. They host some really neat marketplaces for small vendors (earlier this year, they put on their own version of San Franciscos Renegade Market, which was seriously awesome and super under-attended), and they really do have anything you could dream of to make your home a little cuter and a little fancier. Totally worth a look -- just bring cash.

This place is a good location if youre updating your house to a retro feel. Its just so bloody expensive that it makes you often leave either planning to eat spaghetti and butter for a month, or sad because you didnt want to spend over two hundred dollars on a lampshade you liked. The store used to have a broad selection of old items, but that is not really the case any longer. All that said, the place has loads of style, and friendly people working there.

It is a wonderful store filled with many "Portland" lightning options, both new and salvage. The other home furnishings, and hardware are high quality and therefore cost more than a Lowes or Target. The cost of their items directly correlate to the quality of the product and the service you can expect. This store can be a place of inspiration even if you never purchase anything.

Ive been receiving thick glossy catalogs from Rejuvenation at least once a month since I purchased a scrabble dictionary there last Christmas. Ive asked their Customer Service Dept to remove me from the mailing list 3 times and Im still getting the catalogs. Not exactly an eco-friendly business.

Fascinating selection of furniture and fixtures in a variety of styles. Love the part of the store with old and refurbished items. Price point varies radically from reasonable to what seems to be wildly overpriced. But very high quality overall!

If I ever have millions of dollars to spend on quirky accessories, lighting, street numbering, etc. I would come here. Very cool-looking options, including those iconic Portland porcelain house numbers you see everywhere.

Like restoration hardware on steroids. Took two 12 year olds shopping and they had the best time checking out all the cool old stuff and neat new things

For sure expensive, but nice Portland/craftsman style stuff. Cool old antiques and such too. Check the back for returned/out-of-box lighting for deals.

We have lighted 6 homes with fixtures from Rejuvenation since 1986 plus various bathroom and cabinet hardware. The quality cannot be beat.

Much more expensive than I was expecting, and a little off the beaten track for Portland visitors (especially on foot).

Extremely expensive furniture and knickknacks. Was pleasant to have a look around, though.
