Recently, my husband and I purchased furniture at Homelife Furniture in Oregon City. We looked and looked and finally decided on a leather sectional. When it arrived, we discovered it was much too large for the room. The delivery men were very gracious and returned the furniture to the store AND opened the store to allow us to look for a different set of furniture AND delivered a loaner set that night. We were so pleased with their willingness to go the extra mile and, we were also amazed by it. We have never experienced that EXCELLENT LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. To make a long story short, we chose another set and that one didnt work either. Once again, Robert and his crew, were gracious and allowed us to choose again. They certainly could have denied our request! They have more than earned our business and we wont go anywhere else for our furniture needs.

I really prefer to support our economy and buy from local companies and thats what we found in Oregon City. Its a mostly family run business and that pretty much sold me right there. But also their really good prices let us buy 2 brand new recliners. The only down side was there was only one guy working at the time so I couldnt get the recliners that day but they showed up the next day with them.

Great time talking with Robert. Perfect amount of time with us explaining then leaving us to talk. We bought a great couch for about $100 less than we saw elsewhere. then our kids jumped on the cushions and blew them out in three days. Man, so I went back to see how much we could replace them... he said the warranty covered them and ordered them up. Awesome. Thanks guys.
