Caution do not do business with this company. I purchased a relatively expensive piece of furniture from them, was not satisfied from the start. Called them for months before someone finally called me back to do anything about it. I have followed up for 8 long months now not sitting in this chair !!! Finally today the sales person I bought it from Ed Hammon basically told me they would do nothing and wouldnt give me to a store manager. I finally called the another store and they were at least letting me speak to an owner or store manger. Evidently Im our $2,000 with their poor quality chair not to mention months of my time wasted. They are liars and cheats. Next step going to the legal route but wanted to warn others so you dont have the same experience.

My fiance and I have been looking for a sectional for a few months, but we were having a hard time finding 1 that is both stylish and comfortable (at a reasonable price). We have never heard of Gallery Furniture until we drove by it while running some errands. We decided to check it out and I am so happy that we did! We found a sectional that not only looked great, but it was the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on. It was PERFECT! With Bills help, we were able to order it and choose the right size, color, and fabric for our home. Im sitting on it right now and couldnt be any happier with our decision, thanks Bill!! :)

At first I thought this store was pretty decent and the prices were better than Ashley, but the dining table we found was a little above out price range so when I found that it was on sale online I called ahead and asked if they price matched. The man I talked to told me "Of course. Well meet it or beat it." So my family drove back to the store to buy the table and when Bill came out to help us he flat out refused to match the sale price or even come down a dollar. My review is based on the misinformation, the wasted time, and the attitude of our sales person.

Went in a couple of times to find a mattress and bedroom set. We had some trouble deciding and we didnt want to spend too much. We shopped around all over the Portland, Clackamas and Gresham area. This place has the best quality of furniture and the best sales team. We made our purchase through Bob and he was so patient with us. He was not pushy and didnt try to talk us into anything that we were not interested in. Plus a lot of their furniture is made locally. We will be returning in the future to buy more furniture from them!

Had a great experience coming into this store with our three young children, the sales associate that helped us was very friendly and welcoming and did not make us feel like our children were a nuisance for wanting to sit on the couches. He spent a lot of time with us answered all of our questions and made sure we left with all the info needed. Good selection of sofas, we will be returning to place an order for our sofas!

Awful customer service, I am now on my 2 trip to return my recliner because dumb asss cant read a damn invoice and when I called the sales associate to tell him he talked to me like I was stupid and I have not even had my chair for a month! Fem! Now I get to play phone tag with the manager, I can tell you this much if they dont let me talk to him be damn sure Ill show up! Waste of time and money!

After having a terrible buying experience with Ashley Furniture, Bill at Gallery Furniture treated us extremely well and listened to all of our requests and concerns. Many of their items are locally crafted, the chair we ended up ordering is made out of Tualatin, OR. Bill was very accommodating and the buying experience from beginning to end was very good. Highly recommend this store.

I actually got on here to visit the website to see if the couch I wanted was still there but the bad reviews here were a little disturbing that I will take my business somewhere else. Not worth the heartache for the price I would have paid. That sucks because it was such a beautiful sectional!!!
