The clerks are always friendly and helpful. The manager has always been exceptionally easy to work with; he has done everything except bend over backwards to accommodate me with returns, merchandise holds, and helping me find what I need at the best price. I would highly recommend this particular store. I cant believe any bad press about this place... but if its true that anyone had bad experiences, it must be that they had bad attitude going in and it reflected back at them, not because it was "real" or coming back at them from the staff here, but because they were already in bad moods when they arrived. High marks for this neighborhood Radio Shack!

Customer service is terrible Im guessing its because Im white and not Hispanic people walked in after me and got service before me after I had been waiting for him to finish with another customer.. arent we all equal? My money is green too..

I would not recommend going to this store at all. The store manager is rude and will give you attitude if you try and return anything. Ive never seen customer service so bad in my life, especially from the store manager.

I went in for the first time in almost 2 years thinking maybe they redeemed themselves.... Nah. They got rid of all the useful things and kept the bullshit and high prices. Just end it already radio shack.
