I went in as a new home owner looking to paint my interior for the first time. I bought a paint fan, even after being laughed at as I walked away. Then came back to buy Aura paint and was basically laughed out of the store for wanting to put it on my ceiling. "you dont put a Cadillac on an ceiling" is what the clerk at the counter said. Aka "you can be dumb if you want to". They didnt offer any productive or positive feedback they just started judging me for my color selections. Rolling their eyes and sighing. All I asked was if they thought I was buying enough paint to paint the whole room. Not if the color would look good. I will never come back here not even to support local family owned business, which is all I was trying to do in the first place.

We have received excellent customer service from Powell Paint Center. Turn around time is quick and the guys really work hard to get things right. Were impressed! Once we had a last-minute order for a Sunday job so I had to order a couple of custom paint matches (on Saturday) and needed to pick it up in a couple of hours. It was ready and waiting for us and the matches were spot on! Another time we were running a few minutes behind and the guys stayed a few minutes late so we could get the order picked up for the next day. Awesome service! Benjamin Moore is a top-quality brand that our customers love. Thanks for everything!!

Powell Paint is the only place I buy paint and I recommend it to everyone. I love the Benjamin Moore colors. and the designers they have in-store have helped me decide among what has seemed to be an overwhelming amount of color choices.
