I am a contractor and buy Sherwin Williams paint and use it exclusively. I even have a charge account. I am licensed bonded and insured. I went into this location on the way to a bid to gets color book. Cause how can you sell there paint if you dont have there colors to show customers. My normal location gives these freely whenever requested. I have quite a few. But the manager at the center street location informed me rather rudely that he ran out a while back and doesnt have them anymore to give out...like how to do your customers sell your paint? I will never go back to this particular location. Very poor customer service.

I went to this store with kids and was told my paint chip was to small (it was the size of a quarter) and that it had to be the size of a silver dollar. Drove next door to Lowes and they matched the color perfectly and I saved a few dollars.

Attentiveness to customers has definitely improved. Accommodating with attention to answering questions well. With Home Depot nearby, they have to be on their toes for great customer service. Keep it up SW team at Center Street!
