I love this store. Every time I go in they are not only helpful but extremely friendly. I have a different SW store closer to my house, but the staff at this particular branch is worth driving out of my way for. They know their products (having actually used them) and are knowledgable but not pushy with advice. The last time I went in Pauline worked with me for almost an hour trying to get me a product that I would love. As a result , I wont be going anywhere else.

Average experience, they made a mistake after I confirmed they wouldnt twice. Also stated twice Im tax exempt for business resellers, then confirmed before sliding my card that tax was removed. But he still charged my customer tax, he is response was "oh my bad too late now" sheesh....

Have bought 10+ gallons of paint that retails for $75 per gallon. Went to use a 30% off coupon and would not honor it as it didnt start for 3 more days - really? Hassle. Will not be very pleasant when have to come back in 3 days as savings is substantial ,,,,

exceptional service. knowledgeable and sincere staff who take their time and are clearly passionate about paint. nifty little lighting demo thing in which you can stick your chips to see what it looks like under various lighting conditions. ooohhhhh...
