I have been a costumer for this store for a long time now. I cant understand what is so hard about preordering cat food? When I stock up I need at least 3-5 bags, but for the last 3 weeks they have not gotten my order in at all. Today I put up with getting 3 bags because thats all they got in. The original order was for 5. Im no longer going to be buying my cat food locally thanks to them. They are the only store that sales the brand of cat food I buy in town. So guess Ill be preordering mine online for now on. That way I can count on my cats food being here before they run out and starve. This happens every single time I call in and make an order. On top of that they say theyll call you when truck comes in but dont. I had to call in an ask if they got any cat food in and not once did they say that it was on hold for another costumer. Which made me a bit mad. Here I am calling you and not indicating I preorder food. You should of told me that it was on hold for another client so I could then inform you that I was that client. But guess a person coming in every 3-4 months buying at most 5-6 bags in on trip isnt important. Thats over $100 each trip.

Really love this store. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Store is clean and well stocked with everything needed for all pets. Also has cigarettes for us smokers at very good prices. My dog loves to shop with me and even though the tennis balls and pig ears are eye and mouth level he has never tried to take one :) Such a good puppa! I think I will take my camera along next time and add some photos here for the store. That is how much I like them.

Always satisfied. No questions return policy is a good reason to try some things your critter may or may not enjoy. After all, pet care products are far from inexpensive. Gotta love those critters! They will order products not normally carried if their suppliers have them. Lots of regular and special food choices for dogs and cats. The store is conveniently open from 9-7 M-F & 10-6 on Sunday.

Hard to get reptile food here they are always waiting on a shipment and they dont tell you that your punch card is no good till after transaction I do not recommend this place to anyone. Employees are also giving bad advice and yes I gave them 4 chances to redeem themselves and they earned an F each time.

The people who work here are friendly and helpful. They stock a good selection of pet food and supplies, although the prices are, like many specialty stores, a bit high. Oh, and they sell smokes, which is sometimes convenient.
