I cannot always come into the store in Aberdeen, WA because it is 10 miles away so it is a 20 mile trip to go to the store to get dog food. Our Petsense that I have been shopping at for a year or so will not allow customers to buy anything including dog food, over the phone with a credit or debit card and allow someone else to pick it up. I am required to drive the 20 miles round trip to be there in person if I need to use a credit or debit card.This is so inconvenient and sad for me. This is not ADA friendly and very hard for me. We are old and disabled and I begged them today to please let me pay for it via mastercard but they would not. Other than that I like the store and the people who work there. Thank you. Karla R. Can I give a zero? Awful customer service. We moved to the area and while there were cheaper places to purchase our animal food we decided to support them....wrong choice. We were never were super thrilled with their customer service but we purchased a few 6 bags of cat food then had to switch due to medical needs. They we purchased the three other bags and were told on our next visit we would get the 10th bag free. When we went in to pick up the 10th bag we were told it didnt apply because we switched brands. If that is your policy you need to be very clear and they were not!! Dont bother with this place....its not worth it!
