My husband and I were planning for our daughters wedding. We decided to place our drink order at Renaissance Premium Wines. We ordered 1 case of champagne and 1 case of wine. We wanted to make sure we had the case of wine for the non beer drinkers. We paid when the order came in and picked it up. When we arrived at the wedding and preparing, to our dismay someone informed us that not only did we NOT have any wine but we had 2 cases of Champagne. We were so disappointed as we had nothing to offer anyone that did not drink beer. This is a big event mind you, a wedding. When all the action died down and two days later, my husband went back to speak with the owner, the man that we placed the order with. He basically said, I ordered what you told me too. Really? Thats it? Thats not true sir and understandably we only wanted the champagne for a toast not to drink throughout the night. He offered no compensation (and if I may add it wasnt inexpensive). Unfortunately public relations in some businesses are not their priority. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Very poor customer service.

My experience was quite disappointing.I was in a hurry last Friday afternoon to get some cigars. I had heard about "Renaissance" and thought I would give them a try. The humidor is blocked by the seating that is crammed into the store. The people sitting in front of the humidors wouldnt even move to allow access, I had to lean over patrons to see what was in the case (awkward). The humidor humidity level was low and when I went to punch my cigar later that evening the cap cracked because it was too dry. I will find somewhere else to purchase premium cigars in the future.

This is from a cigar shopper standpoint. The cases that were there for cigars were mostly empty. While the man at the counter was friendly it was very apparent that this place was catering mostly to wine drinkers, or maybe they only keep cigars in stock during certain periods of the year, but either way it was about 80% empty. Truly disappointing especially when you have "& Cigars" in the title of your business.

My husband and I adore this place. Every weekend we visit and have a flight of wine. There are events often, great wines, and amazing employees. Best of all, if prices are an issue for you, they wont be an issue here!

My wife & I go here often. Mike & Dan are very friendly & easy to talk to. Mike is very knowledgeable about the wines he serves. We love the variety of ports & madieras. A nice place to relax & visit with friends.
