Highly recommend this store, and getting to know Erin and her staff! Learned about this store about 5+ yrs ago from friend who was having a private event there, and now we are regulars, and pretty much the only place we buy our wine. Its kind of hidden in back of strip mall, so you have to go looking for it at first. We attend the Friday eve tastings often (FYI-sign up to receive the weekly emails about the tastings) and we always go home with a bottle or two (or more, and love the discounts on buying case even if mix & matching). The owner, Erin, puts on some really entertaining classes of all varieties and we have attended a handful of them and always have a good time and learn something new. Shes a sassy hoot and you cant help but laugh a lot! Youll find wines here that you dont in grocery that are so much better, and Erin is really good about learning what you like and recommending something new based on something else you tell her you like in the price range youre looking for. Ask about "The Bully", its one of our fav!

Ive lived within walking distance of this place for years and didnt even realize it. I stumbled upon it while taking a shortcut to the store once. Walking in on a Friday evening looking for a bottle to take to a party sold me on this local business. They were having a tasting and I was quickly invited to join in and Im glad I did. The owner is here almost every day and she is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Usually when I have looked at wine shops in the past they seem snobby and assume you should know as much as them. She used terms I could understand when describing different bottles and made me feel like my business was as important as the large group she had in the store. Im back once a week now to stock up and have been to several tasting.

Excellent location for a group event. Its a lovely space and the staff were all great too. We had 25 people in our group and they enjoyed the wine and especially the knowledge the staff shared about the wines. I highly recommend them; they are easy to work with, reasonably priced and have a wide selection of wines. I look forward to going back!

Erin is easily the most knowledgeable person I know about wine, and I have no shortage of wine-os in my life. Her true love for wine is met with exceptional customer service. I have never felt price has been a factor in why she will or will not recommend a wine . Her classes are a little treasure for fun things to do in portland.

We had a study club here after hours and I was so impressed with Erin the owner. She served me a wonderful Pinot Noir. When she heard me having problems with my allergies she brought me a tea to help. The ambience here is wonderful and it was overall a fantastic visit. I will return.
