I would not use Liner & Elsen again for an internet order. I place an order for a case of wine on July 28 and the order was held with and email saying "we will contact you as soon as we see an acceptable weather window for shipping your wine. My credit card was charged the full amount. After two weeks and receiving no update on my order, I emailed to question. Finally on Aug 11 I cancelled my order since it was unclear when Liner would ever ship the wine. They charged me a 15% restocking fee for the cancelled order. Their policy states the following regarding shipment delays: "If we delay shipping due to bad weather between Oregon and your location, we will cellar your paid order at no additional charge until we can ship to you. If you instruct us to ship your wine regardless of our policy, we will not replace damaged wine." The policy says nothing about holding an order until they deem the weather to be good for shipping. Be very careful ordering from this site over the internet. They are in Oregon.

I love Liner & Elsen! This place has a HUGE space with a crazy awesome wine selection. The staff really know what theyre doing and can talk to you about any wine and are very knowledgable. I came in with a Pinterest board of wines Id been snapping the last year and he helped me find all of them - and was able to order the ones they didnt have. He made great recommendations and when he identified my palette could have sold me the world. Loved it. They also do a free tasting almost every Saturday - so come in, have a sip, buy some wine and then walk around 23rd - best afternoon ever!

Whether you know wines or not, Liner & Elsen is the store to go to. Every time I shop here, I learn more about wine. I’m always amazed at how they can remember so much about wine and all the producers. In the years I’ve been coming here I think I’ve worked with all the staff and each time they help me find something I will love. I have yet to get a bottle of anything I wouldn’t want again! They undoubtedly have a greater selection than any store I’ve been in, and to top it off better pricing! Come here for your wine, you won’t be disappointed!

Passed an order a couple of weeks ago for 2 bottles on wines around 10h30 PM, then realized ive made a mistake on the bottles. I asked to cancel the order about 25 minutes after order confirmed. Took about a week to receive an answer. They refund me but took me 15% of my total bill for "restocking fees"... Would definitely not buy there again, no courtesy and no services all. Big f*Ç#!%G ZERO!
