I agree with Steve. I have a $20 item that i lost the receipt for and it was only a few days old when i tried to return it. I did give them my number at the checkout when purchasing the item as i ALWAYS do.. But the woman helping me that day claims there was no record of my purchase. From there i was told too bad about the broken item they wouldnt even exchange it which is all i wanted to do in the first place. So as if being stuck with a broken item i never even got to use wasnt bad enough, the woman and another man working there made comments and acting rudely towards me as if i had stolen it to begin with. It is true you do get what you pay for, and with several good buys i continue to purchase items i need however, if ever another type of reasonable hardware/tool supply store becomes available you can count on my never returning to harbour freight. And buyers beware, keep ALL of your receipts because you dont want to be treated like a common thief, and also be stuck with a product that was garbage right out of the package..

I know you get what you pay for but when something is a bad product and you try to return it in 13 days and they wont exchange it . Time to shop elsewhere! I showed Alex the new air hose I purchased on July 5th 2015 and brought back on the 22nd with 6 bubbles in it! She told me they dont except items without a receipt. I couldnt find it so it is my bad.... Look up my phome number and see , maybe....For $23.00 they lost another customer. Sears has a store close by, buy something that will last where they honor you as a customer.......

Harbor Freight is great as long as you accept it for what it is. They dont claim to have professional quality tools for the tradesman, although some of their tools CAN stand up to some abuse. Ive never had a problem with their tools as a homeowner/diyer/mechanic. I own too many of their tools to mention including their torque wrenches, nailguns, a compressor, a grinder, a router, and so on. Never had a problem with any of them.

Ive gone to this store on several occasions. I also bought a very expensive toolbox from Harbor Freight. My gripe is they wont deliver heavy items to your house. You have to order online instead... hoping someday they fix this issue.

Love this store. Fun to browse. Great prices. Be aware that some of the tools are cheaply made, which is how the prices are so low. But if youre only going to use it a few times, it can be worth the trade-off.

You got what you pay for... their tools may not last 20 years but should at least let you finished up a project... good selection and lot of coupon deals... if you aint sure, google on YouTube before you buy...

This is a great Harbor Freight. They have great sales and discounts. Employees are helpful and friendly. Its rarely ever crowded.

Cheap tools. I mean poor quality. If you need something you use once, its the place to go. Or consumables (like sand paper)
